Just had an incredible meal at LongHorn Steakhouse and WOW.
The steak was cooked to perfection.. juicy, flavorful, and absolutely nailed. The shrimp paired with it perfectly, and the asparagus was tender, fresh, and seasoned just right. Every bite hit.
And Gracie? Top-tier service. Attentive, friendly, and on point the entire time. She made the whole experience even better.
Hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Jefferson City. I’ll be back for sure!

I came in with steak on my mind and left totally satisfied. I ordered the ribeye medium rare and it came out just right—juicy, flavorful, and had a nice sear on it. The side of mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, and the bread they bring out first was warm and addicting. Service was friendly but a little slow once the place got busy. The atmosphere was laid-back and had that classic steakhouse feel with dim lighting and rustic decor.

My 6oz filet was half as thick as another person’s in our party. The waitress actually called it a sirloin when she delivered it to the table then changed her mind. It tasted good but I was expecting my filet to be as thick as my friend’s. Both were cooked medium rare. Mine tasted good. We both thought they were a little too salty. Had a 6pm reservation but still had to wait even though we were early.

Great overall experience. Ordered the salmon, broccoli and asparagus and it was delicious! The salmon was cooked to perfection but would have been perfect if topped with some type of glaze- although it was good.
The asparagus was grilled and was delectable! And the broccoli was good too.
My server Cody was also great. He gave you adequate time when necessary but attentive when we had a request.

Occasionally as a treat for myself I’ll skip dinner and order Longhorn’s Spinach dip.
I am currently experiencing extensive dental issues so I request my pita chips to be “fried very lightly” sometimes even asking for additional chips.
I just want to say the Jeff City location always honors my request with perfectly fried pitas including extra and I appreciate so very much!
I struggle to eat even the simplest things but this is one thing I have been able to rely on consistently thanks to the staff considering my issue.
Thanks so much for making this an easy option for me, and also for bringing it out to me!

Had another amazing date night at Longhorn! Our server, Jessica, she was absolutely fabulous! My husband’s steak was perfect. I like to try different things so I got the pork chops & I might never try anything else. They were phenomenal

If I could give a zero, I would. My order included two add-on grilled corn. I always get it when we order from here. When my husband picked up the order, he was told that they didn’t have the cheese for the corn. He said ok, because, of course he doesn’t know what all the topping are. He was given extra bread as a replacement. When he got home, I immediately called because there was NO toppings, not even butter. I asked whose right idea as it to give him extra bread instead of simply removing the charge for the add ons or asking if he wanted something else. Both the manager and the take out person tell me that my husband was OK with it. Really, maybe someone should’ve told him there was NO toppings.

However, I do see the guts of the restaurant’s service operations in action. The servers seem more at ease than other venues in which I have eaten. The bartenders do a lot of multi-tasking flawlessly.
So when you tip, you should know you’re tipping a “team effort.”
