This was my first time here and I really wanted to get the much talked about carne asada bowl. It didn’t disappoint. It was tasty, well cooked and came with all the fresh toppings chipotle is known for. Service was very fast. The only issue I had was that the food area was filled with spills and no one was paying attention to cleaning up. I must say it was a busy Saturday night and the fresh food kept coming out of the kitchen and staff kept serving hungry customers.

Someone in corporate seriously needs to come check this location. The service is HORRIBLE.
Every single table was dirty ,we literally had to clean our own table before sitting down. We waited 30 minutes in line because everything was moving painfully slow. The food bar was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even take a picture out of respect, but everything was mixed together ,beans in the meat, rice in the beef, sour cream spilled into everything. As someone with allergies, this is beyond unacceptable and honestly disrespectful.
They didn’t even have forks available. When I asked the cashier for one, he rolled his eyes and walked away ,
and never came back. The drinks area was filthy and completely disorganized.
The last time I visited, they didn’t even have basic ingredients like cheese, chicken, or black beans. How does that even happen?
Overall, this was extremely disappointing. Do better. And please open more locations in Venice so customers don’t have to keep driving to this one.

How does a Chipotle location run out of ALL meats on a Friday night? Very slow service, no one has a sense of urgency, clearly prioritizing online orders over in store customers. Line/serving area was very dirty, they were out of ALL meats on the in-store line yet still filling online orders on that line. Finally a batch of steak came out so went with that. Tables not clean, drink area dirty, definitely not what I expect when visiting a Chipotle.

Bland food. Older lady who works at register is so painfully slow she is the problem of this establishment. Her team works hard while she smacks gum at the cash register. She holds everyone back and there is NEVER enough people working. The store was disgusting though she walked right into the mess and just started stocking up on forks. The tables were VILE and had trash all over them, the soda machines had a pile of ice on them.

A line of people. No one serving anyone. Out of steak and chicken. Giving free drink as compensation. lol. No thank you. Server I just come back from Chick-fil-A and had a mouth full of food. Still had her drinking hand. Walk to the sink to wash your hands took two seconds basically rinse them lightly still chomping away with a mouth full of food and put on gloves. So disgusting. I walked out.

Barely edible today. I get it…cilantro lime rice, but there was no taste of rice. No taste of cilantro. Just tasted like licking a lime. The carne asada was beyond well done and to the point of chalky. Missing items from kids meals-I noticed and corrected one mistake, but didnt notice the missing tortillas on the kids taco kit. One of the kids bag of chips was one octopus glob of chips, no excuse to not be noticed! Also incorrect portions, but thats pretty typical of Chipotle and I can let go normally, but all the mistakes for a $70 meal (3 kids meals, guac/chips, large drink, 3 bowls) is just a bit too much to keep quiet about. Luckily-this is not my normal chipotls. Sorry to all y’all locals that don’t have a choice! Oh-lovely-my son just found a hair in his rice . I didnt rate atmosphere because we didnt stay, but I will say one of the ladies seemed to be struggling understanding English and didnt make the bowl correctly. Speak whatever language you would like, but if you need to take instructions making people’s food it is pretty important to understand their language

I have eaten here several times. The staff were pleasant and the food tasted good to me, HOWEVER–
1. the smell in this building is horrendous. Like sewage. I couldn’t eat inside the restaurant if I wanted to. Takeout it is then.
2. I ordered right at opening a few weeks back, and I get the impression that the ingredients were old. The guac was grey on top, and the meats were dried out on top. It tasted fine, but the whole time while eating I kept wondering if I was crazy to eat food that was clearly kept out overnight.

The chicken was emptied just as we got up to order. We waited approximately 6 minutes for a new batch of chicken to get done. While observing the operation as we waited , we couldn’t help but notice Jacob giving it his Best Effort in all areas from fixing bowls & burritos to running the cash register and always having a smile on his face. Very polite and courteous!

Not prepared for large crowds. Everything was out of stock, with lines out the door and a 20-minute wait—only to reach the front and be told there’s no rice or proteins and to wait another 30 minutes. No consideration, no customer service, and no professionalism at this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. When running a promo, plan ahead and make enough to meet the demand.

As soon as I walked into this Chipotle I noticed food on the floor garbage. The soda area smelled you can smell the bathroom as your ordering your food. The food was disgusting. I wanted to get my mom some Mexican food since she just got home from the hospital. I swear I’ll never go into another Chipotle again, especially this one. It smells department of health really needs to go in there and why can’t someone sweep the floor who the hell is the owner? Shame on them. Visit this Chipotle owner please. It’s a disgusting poor excuse for a restaurant. It’s really disappointing to see so many one-star reviews and they still do nothing about this restaurant. I don’t know why people patronize this restaurant. I certainly will never go back
