We returned to Jinya Ramen Bar with a team of eight for lunch after trying it once before, and it was just as good the second time around.

Even with a larger group, we were seated right away and the service was prompt and efficient throughout the meal.

The birria ramen was a big hit with several people at the table, and the garlic fried rice was another standout — especially since you can customize it by adding your choice of protein.

The potstickers and crispy chicken appetizers were also favorites and disappeared quickly once they hit the table.

Overall, it was a great spot for a team lunch: quick seating, reliable service, and plenty of menu options that everyone enjoyed.

We started our meal with the Jinya Bun, a soft and juicy pork bun that literally melts in your mouth — such a delicious way to begin! For the mains, we ordered the Jinya Spicy Wonton Chicken Ramen (perfectly balanced spice level) and the Premium Tonkotsu Red with spice level 6. The Tonkotsu Red was seriously spicy — if you’re not used to too much heat, I’d recommend going for level 4–5 for a milder kick.
We wrapped up our dinner with the Matcha Tiramisu, and wow — we honestly weren’t expecting it to be this good! It was smooth, creamy, and just melted in our mouths. Truly one of the best desserts I’ve ever had.
Highly recommend this place for flavorful ramen, great service, and a cozy ambiance!

One of the best ramen in Bellevue area! I tried the traditional one and black garlic ramen. both are the best! If you could share with your family or friends, try to get their chashu don as well. it is worth it!

The aburi sushi is also recommended!

Good ramen and great service. They also have a variety of other menu options. I had the Tonkatsu red and at 6 it was just right. Spicy, but I could still taste it. Ramen hits different for me. It fills me up if that’s all I order and an hour or so later I’m looking for a snack. To prevent that, I also got an order of Takoyaki, which was as tasty as it was beautiful, so I think I’m good now as far as being hungry later is concerned. This is one of the better Ramen places I’ve been to.

Our go-to spot for ramen in Bellevue is this place.

I usually order their black ramen, which is pretty good. I’ve also tried their Vegan Harvest ramen, and it’s equally delicious. They also have monthly specials, so if you’re looking to try something new, you should check those out.

If you’re okay with eggs, you can switch out the thick noodles in the vegan ramen for thin ones.

Warm ramen with well cooked noodles, stirred the fried right in front of us lol! It was a little small and the service was ok…didn’t seem very friendly in the beginning but the food was good nonetheless.

Had the spicy chicken ramen and J-girl mocktail. Both were amazing!!! My partner had tuna tacos and gyoza. Weirdo. What’s better than ramen on a rainy day?

Very disappointing and concerning experience.
We ordered vegan ramen and found a bug in the food while eating. This is a basic food safety issue and completely unacceptable at a restaurant. We will be reporting this.

The noodles seem to be hand made but very hard. I think those are raw?!? And the red broth was oily and thick and salty.
Cauliflower tasted raw and the buffalo sauce was barely enough.
Great service but really bad food. Wont come back again.

The service was fairly fast, and not much of a wait time on a friday night. We ordered the spicy chicken ramen, and the Jinya chicken ramen.

If you’re someone like me who prefer hot and spicy, you can’t go wrong with the spicy chicken ramen.
