Got food poisoning here. Was sick for a couple of days. Got a Texas plate and eat just a little of it since it didn’t taste good. Then got a crunchy chicken taco. It was good . As a started leaving everything changed. Started feeling my stomach hurting and had to make my way to Walmart to relieve myself. First stop. Started my journey home again and had to stop at Heb as things got worse. After that heading home and didn’t take a chance going anywhere else! The pain I was in was crazy. My stomach balloon up. Still popping and throwing up. Lasted a couple of days. It was horrible. Never going to that place again. I posted my experience on ticktock. Other people started leaving comments of their experience getting sick there as well. Pictures of the food I got. Didn’t look bad but definitely got me sick!

The place is clean and the employees are friendly. The restroom are clean, but are a little small. If you’re a large frame person, it may be difficult to use.
The atmosphere is family oriented, with plenty of seating for about 60 people. The menu has a variety to choose from.
The plates are fairly priced, and the portions are a good size. The flaw is the $3.00 tacos, even for bean and cheese.
If your kiddos like bean and cheese, it’s going to cost you about as much as getting one of their plates. The front of the menus do note that prices charged are higher than what the menu has listed. I’ve included a picture of their note to help with understanding their adjusted pricing structure.

Fair warning, if you ask for an unsweetened Tea they will not bring a spoon to mix anything you’ll add to it (so I used the knife). The tea was nothing too special. The salsa’s were good and the Carne Guisada wasn’t to go out of your way for. But the one thing I didn’t take a picture of was the Street Tacos, which came with beans. Thlse tacos are worth trying from here.

Tried the Chicken Fajita Plate, Chicken Fajita Burrito, and Shredded Chicken Puffy Tacos – everything was amazing! The burrito was huge, easily enough for 2-3 people, and the puffy tacos were awesome – super flavorful and perfectly crispy.

I’ve been here a few times and am always impressed with the prices compared to similar restaurants in town. Today I had the beef and chicken fajita plate. This plate was less than $15 with tip. The beef and chicken both had good flavor and the right amount of peppers/ onions. Big homemade corn tortillas. My beans were a little dry, but they did taste good. The salsa is really good with the right amount of spice.

We decided to make a trip here for breakfast/ early lunch after hearing good recommendations from people over the years… it seems to be a very busy and well visited restaurant, the staff that we interacted with where very nice and helpful, service was quick and precise… food was good, tried the jalapeño popper spring rolls which were good… the place could use better A/C, but wasn’t a huge issue unless you can’t handle a little heat now and then…. overall good experience and we will be coming back

The food was very delicious. It was a good change from a regular taqueira. The food was different and really good. Other taquerias in the area have gone down in food quantity and quality, but have gone up in price. Not here!! Their portions are still big, and their prices are still good. We tried several items and everything was delicious. The limonada Agua fresca was really good!
The server was very nice and attentive. He was great! I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We haven’t tried the breakfast yet, but hear great things from many people. We will definitely be back to try it out.

The service was poor. The food was ok. The atmosphere was pleasant. The food portions are large. The prices are great. How they managed to get away with their bathrooms as they are is beyond me. You can literally sit on the toilet and wash your hands without reaching. Handicapped accessible??? ONLY if it’s a child. Don’t bother looking for paper towels after you wash your hands, they’re OUTSIDE of the restroom. I’ve lived in Corpus my entire life and heard great things about Linda’s. Disappointed to find out for myself that I hadn’t missed much.

I went to eat at Linda’s let me tell you I will not recommend. The breakfast i ordered was steak and scrambled eggs. The steak was over fried, the eggs were runny, the tea was super sweet. Oh the menudo was too much liquid and small I mean small pieces of trip. Not enough my friend ended up drinking most of it. Please check your bill when paying. The menu says one price but after we paid at home we checked the receipt and the prices were almost 2.00 extra. So these owners have to redo their menus. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed at Linda’s. Please check your receipts. I’m sorry but this is my review of Linda’s. Oh please don’t try the tamales only if you like masa. Couldn’t even see or taste meat in them.
