Today I went and got a mocha cookie crumble and I saw when they handed it to the lady at the window it looked perfect she then proceeded to dumping the whip cream out and some of the drink just because it looked perfect I’m assuming and it had the chocolate drisal and cookie crumbles and she proceeded to adding new whip cream and half pours drisl on it with no cookie crumbles on it I was disappointed and sad after she handed it to me she had blue hair

The workers are very rude n unprofessional. I asked for light my whole cup is filled with ice and the drink is very rushed and tastes horrible. And we ordered 20 minutes ahead of time and got there and only one drink was made and the workers got an attitude when I asked where my other drink was at.

I’m thankful to the people here at this Starbucks location because they were able to switch out an old coffee that my daughter forgot to take out of her car in the picture you can see the one with the sticker she forgot it in her car and we came today to see if they can give us a new one and they did. This location one of the worst. Everything slow moving here. You have to check on your drinks if you order from the walk up. Parking get blocked in. It’s just a mess. But it’s starbucks give us the coffee so we can leave is how it feels.
