Although the staff is good but every time I came there’s a big line in Drive-thru for which all have to wait for around an hour. They must have more employees to run the restaurant fast. They all are waiting for more than half an hour.

What you’re seeing in this photo is what was supposed to be a vegan Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme — no meat, no cheese, just black beans and veggies. What I got instead was a mess. It had beef and cheese — completely the opposite of what I ordered. As someone who eats plant-based, this isn’t just a mix-up — it’s a serious problem. At least it had black beans in it, but come on taco bell.
I double-checked the receipt and the order was placed correctly, so there’s no excuse. Either the kitchen staff weren’t paying attention, or they don’t take dietary restrictions seriously. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up an order, but it’s definitely the last time I’ll be coming back. Disappointed and frustrated.

Went through the drive thru and order the $9 that is now $11 but on the app still says it $9 my tacos shell was all broken up on both boxes that I ordered the chicken burrito had more lettuce and tomato’s in it, it was only 2 pieces of chicken inside the burrito call to complain a guy answered told me he needs to talk to the person who made the food he never came back to the phone a lady gets on the phone and say they wanna know what you want to do, do you want your money back or a different order i let her know I want my money back she goes to say bring back whatever you didn’t eat and we will refund you the money I told her of course I want my money back for 2 pieces of me in what’s called a chicken burrito she goes to say that’s what the burrito consists of more lettuce like really they will never get my services again and if this burrito consist of lettuce then that’s what it should be called never again

I ordered 5 beef crunchy tacos, I asked and paid $3.00 for extra cheese. I even asked the girl if they put extra cheese, and she said “Yes”. As you can see, that’s NOT extra cheese – definitely not worth paying an additional $3.00 for.

This is the first review I’ve ever bothered leaving. THE BEST taco bell I’ve ordered from. Thank you for delivering on what was promised. It’s unfortunately rare to be served what the ads promise, but this is the only fast food location that has ever delivered for me. Good job. Thank you for your service, Taco Bell friends. I love you.

This location was definitely an experience. When I walked in, the scene was a bit wild—there was a woman in see-through shorts loudly cussing at her kid, and another couple openly drinking whiskey straight from a bottle they’d stashed in a bag. Not exactly a peaceful atmosphere.
To top it off, I had to brush off a pile of nacho cheese from the seat before sitting down. Cleanliness definitely needs some attention.
That said, the food was standard Taco Bell—nothing out of the ordinary but just what you’d expect. The employees were actually really friendly and handled the chaos around them with professionalism, which I appreciated.
Overall, decent food and staff, but the environment left a lot to be desired.
I mean, it is downtown Long Beach.

I have visited this Taco Bell multiple times and every visit is disappointing. The employees always have an attitude, making the experience unpleasant. The food is consistently undercooked and comes out frozen cold, as if it was never actually cooked but just packed directly from the freezer into the wrapper. On top of that, the drive-thru service is painfully slow, causing a long line of cars to back up. I’ve filed over 20 complaints with no improvement. Very frustrating and unacceptable
