Terrible preparation of food literally, these are completely empty and they charge you five dollars apiece and they’re very poorly made. Came here twice for the number 6! They first put the black beans and sour cream and then the second time I came they put cheese and sour cream and then they are telling me to come back a 3rd time. I genuinely don’t know how you miss almost the entire order. Wrong sizes, wrong tacos, wrong burrito, and no sauce at all. On the order I literally put it to the max for each because I just wanted the sauce. The order has 60 sauces in just in case they forgot… it’s always this location… aaaaand the tomatoes are mold.. there’s a patch of just dark green and white one the tomatoes that’s so visible too

The Bolingbrook Taco Bell is always on point! My orders are consistently accurate, the food is fresh, and the service is excellent every time I visit. The team here is friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do. It’s great to have a fast-food spot that gets everything right — keep up the great work!

It’s always something with this location. Usually the sauce is forgotten but i ordered 4 burritos and cinnamon twists. Got home to realize there’s no twists. Okay whatever. We start eating the burritos and it feels like you split 2 burritos and made 4. Not to mention there were no fiesta strips on any of them. There was no line. It wasn’t busy. At least they remembered the sauce.

We are 100% sure that this Bolingbrook Taco makes better Mexican food than other surrounding Taco Bell locations. They make the best Mexican Pizza Veggie after the entire staff being adult Spanish speaking. Thanks to the staff.

I’ve been their loyal customer since 3years everyday
I spend about 30 dollars and last 4 time they messed up my order if gloria works there she is good but other then her no one care for your food or money they just want to get your money
I mean who grilled the damnn supreme chalupa
It supposed to be fried not grill and I never had problem in 3 years now all of sudden since last 2 month everything is changed there I think manager needs to pay more attention on customer food then just getting their money I will never go there again and I’ll make sure non of my family go there again and the chalupa is burnt look at the picture guys please avoid going here they don’t know how to cook and when I called she said we are training new employees I mean if you training new employees that don’t mean you can mess up people food we are not getting discount we are paying full amount and we are not getting anything for free

After an already long and frustrating wait in the drive-thru, I was told to pull forward and wait again this time over something as small and basic as fries. My order had already been marked as “ready,” so I assumed it would be brought out quickly, but that wasn’t the case. I ended up sitting there, watching 3–4 other cars get their orders before me, even though I had already waited. What made it worse is that it was 1:11 in the morning. I was tired, just trying to get home, and definitely not in the mood to be sent around in circles over something that should’ve been ready in the first place. It felt completely disorganized, and the unnecessary delay seriously annoyed me.
