Was tired and needed to eat something after a long day. Stopped by and ordered some nuggets and fries (which were lukewarm at best). Shortly after I got home, I found a dead bug in my fries. I was too disgusted and threw out the rest of my food.

3 times I ordered food and 3 times the chicken strips were over cooked and solid as a rock. I asked the last 2 times for my food NOT to be over cooked. I was asked to wait by the entrance thinking ok in getting fresh cooked chicken. But that wasn’t the case. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and I was 1 of them. I don’t know what happens after 10 PM but who ever is cooking the food there needs to be retrained. 9/27/25. I will avoid this location after 10 PM from now on, sad really I did like a quick late night snack after work.

Rude manager. I placed a mobile order for pokemon happy meals and he said they don’t have them. Every location has them and it says it on the mobile app. He’s said no we don’t. Now i have upset kids. To make matters worse they charge for dipping sauce when you are suppose to get 1 free with nuggets. And guess what we didn’t get. Yup the sauces. Thanks for ruining my kids dinner asshole.

My wife and I have been stopping in to get chicken nuggets and shakes Saturday nites for the us and our kids for a couple years now. The last few times are good has been over cooked. It’s just chicken nuggets. How hard can it be. Don’t over cook your customers food, that is if you really care about your customers. I think it’s time to find another late nite snack somewhere else.

If you want to enjoy McDonald’s, do not visit this location. They are so cheap. They will not put the air on. It is so humid and nasty inside. You don’t even want to stay there to eat second. It’s filthy behind the counter. The floor is disgusting. The counters are dirty. The tables are nasty. Everything is disgusting about that place. I don’t like to write reviews at all , when a place is that bad, it has to be noted. At top it off , the manager short guy glasses. Blue shirt has the worst his customer service plus his attitude sucks!! . Went there. Order some food sat down. Fries were old and cold went back. Ask for some fresh ones and this was his response. How long have you had them? Like I sat there and let them get cold and then wanted more just to note. It was a small fry, a $1.39. So again you wanna have a good McDonald’s experience? Do not visit that location.

Absolutely horrible rude manager on 9/9/25 around 10:06pm. I asked for very light ice i see the work give me more than half a cup of ice. I mention to the lady worker that too much ice please take some out. Then im getting yelled at by an elder man in a white shirt im assuming the manager. Absolutely horrible to get yelled at disrespectfully over ice. I took my drink and will never go to this location again. So rude horrible staff.

The older lady at the first window who works in the morning is very rude. I couldn’t find my car right away, and she smacked her lips while talking about me in Spanish( not realizing I understood her). I’ve stopped at that McDonald’s a few times on my way to work, but her behavior has made me not want to return. If you aren’t happy at your job, then you should leave.

Ordered quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal this evening for $9.39, had to pull around because they were making the order fresh. Received order, opened when got home to find a greasy quarter pounder with cheese. Bacon was far from crispy, bit into burger to find raw meat. Called and manager said he was sorry would give free sandwich on next visit. This isn’t the 1st time this has occurred at this restaurant with a quarter pounder sandwich. So frustrating.
