First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. What a wonderful place for breakfast. Beautifully designed, nice farmhouse rustic modern decor. Food was absolutely delicious and fresh, lots of great options. Many healthy options from oatmeal to grain bowls and such. Had a really good chimichurri steak and eggs hash. Prices very reasonable as well. Service was outstanding. I’m sad we’re from out of state and don’t have this restaurant where we live.

Hector was amazing and the food was so tasty. They removed my favorite item from the menu but I asked about it when I arrived and they were able to still make it for me. It was so good. I ordered the breakfast bowl to go and they put it in a drink cup, which an amazing bowl is huge in restaurant and this was very small and hardly any granola on it. I eat there all the time since its right outside my work. It’s delicious but most definitely wasn’t worth $15 in a drink cup.
