The place is not fancy but the food is good. The staff was great..Stop in on a Sunday night on our way home to California after spending a week traveling the national parks. We weren’t quite sure about this place because we had had some really bad Mexican food in Moab And elsewhere. I can recommend the place, especially after living in Santa Ana. This place had great food! Would definitely recommend.The service was also amazing. There are no bathrooms inside, and we were told to use the plaza bathrooms which were closed. The server was very nice and offered their bathroom in the back. Very sweet staff and food came out quickly!

Green Iguana in St George Utah is incredible! We had the carne asada tacos and the steak tortas, and the flavor was delicious,fresh, perfectly seasoned, and the chips and salsa were amazing. The food here was mid. I had the cheese enchiladas, the red sauce doesn’t have a ton of flavor and the cheese wasn’t melted, plus adding cold sour cream on top of them made the food cold. My husband has the carne asada, which I tried and it was pretty tasty. My daughter had the fish tacos and said the fish was bland but eaten with everything it was ok and my other daughter enjoyed the carne asada burrito. The servers were nice and the restaurant was clean.

Parking was ok, busy shopping center. There is no restroom within the restaurant, which is not ideal (have to wall down to a shared RR).
The restaurant was well decorated and clean. Seat yourself style.
The food portions were great. Green sauce was too sweet, but red and white were tasty. Kids’ meals were a great value. The main negative was that their tortillas didn’t taste fresh (kinda dry).

Food was tasty but service was a bit lackluster. Our drinks were empty the entire time unless we asked for refills and we were brought two bowls of chips and salsa for 8 people which was gone in just a few minutes and again we weren’t brought more until we asked. This place looks like a fast service restaurant but you actually are seated and waited on. Food was good, nothing to write home about.

Just a simple restaurant in a strip mall but the food is great and cheap! Go anywhere else and each plate for dinner is easily $5-8 more expensive.
