These 5 stars are ONLY for Christy (I hope I’m spelling her name right). She was working all alone tonight and I don’t understand why, because it’s so close to a main road, and it wasn’t even midnight yet and they close at 3. Our food was delicious and she was really nice, and I hope she gets recognition for running a store all by herself, and I hope this store gets staffed properly, so no one has to work alone, late at night especially.
Give Christy some praise and a raise!!!

11/29/25: 7:30pm although the drive through was slow moving I just want to shout the night staff tonight!!! Whoever was on back line tonight did their thang with accuracy with our large order!!! We order frequently from other locations and can typically always expect either missed items, food not fresh or maybe even both.
That wasn’t the case tonight. Thank you to the staff and the young black man at the window and on the speaker was very nice too!

Manager was so rude towards me for trying to ice in my person cup AFTER I placed an online order… was very rude and disrespectful about it. She said it HAS to be their cups. I asked her for cups then so I can put water in mine and my daughter’s cups. So I got cups from a different employee. I literally standing in front of the drink machine and poured ice in the Taco Bell cup, then poured it right into my cup. I poured water in the Taco Bell cup, then poured it in my cup. Etc etc. Absolutely SO STUPID. Waste of plastic cups. She wasn’t even nice about it. She didn’t offer a cup, I had to ask. The other employees were VERY nice, especially the young man who gave me the cups.
If it’s a policy, that’s FINE. Her tone and attitude was just so rude!
Oh and my online order took 13 mins. It was a burrito. I was the only customer in the restaurant and there was two cars in DT.

You will always be waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru (I’ve timed it). No matter how many cars are there, somehow it takes ages and ages. I have seen multiple cars get out of line before ordering because of the wait time (I would’ve been one of them but I unfortunately mobile ordered and already had paid for my food). It’s a testament of will for how badly you want subpar tacos. I will go out of my way to a Taco Bell further away because of how bad this location is. The employees themselves are always super nice, so it’s likely a scheduling or corporate issue, which sucks for them and you.

Waited about 30 minutes for 6 items, was told they didn’t want to grill the cheesy roll ups because it was make a mess but the 3 other items had to be grilled…. Make that make sense. This locations only consistency is making orders wrong and being so slow that it’s a wonder they even open up on time, it doesn’t matter the time or day. My order always has about 1-3 wrong or burnt items in the bag and about 10 cars waiting in the drive through

Everything was great, just wish they could get more help. They focus so much on the drive-thru business it took more time to get to my order than I expected. But not too much more time and it was worth the wait!

If you love waiting 45 minutes in a drive thru for cold food with only 5 cars in line, then this is the perfect Taco Bell for you! The only plus is that this very long wait gave me time to look around and reconnect with nature. The young cashier who took my order and gave me my food seemed to be the only person who was slowly but surely moving the line along. He was rushing around as if he was working alone, while two other employees sat in the dining room having possibly the most captivating, jaw dropping conversation of their lives. By the time I arrived to the window, I had aged, evolved, and possibly achieved enlightenment. Not sure what could have possibly taken so long to make “fast” food at a Taco Bell. But I would like to say thank you to the solo drive through worker!

Slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Definitely the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. People work in or somewhat friendly just don’t like to wait 25 minutes for tacos

Rude rude rude!!! Ive had the same taco bell order for years. Crunchwrap- add potato, 5 layer bean burrito- add potato. That has NEVER been an issue. We order food and we are told “we cant do that, we have never been able to do that”… since when? And then we politely ask her to just add it, the lady all of a sudden gets even more rude and starts yelling at us and being very aggressive. We just wanted our food made right.. thats it. Everything in the bag was made wrong and is smooshed.
Its fast food, i dont expect much and i know that we all have bad days but the way we were talked to was uncalled for.
