The only reason this isn’t one star Is because of the manager(s). But especially the older woman. She was extremely sweet and helpful! However everyone else seems miserable and rude. We get food there frequently and it’s been awful recently. Orders constantly messed up, out of items, AND when we went in for our remake it also got messed up 2 times in a row (for the same order). They continue to add toppings specifically requested off. Every time I request it off, low and behold. There it is, on the order. With the receipt showing it was not meant to be there. (Happened again on the remake when we came in later.). Again love the manager. She is awesome and I hope they can get better help, or more trained staff.

Super kind staff and just absolutely the best Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time. Not sure why there’s so many low star ratings here. Food was really fast as well and absolutely delicious. Not to mention the restaurant was incredibly clean. Thanks so much!.

I have been avoiding Taco Bell more and more because Taco Bell requires customers inside to use the self-serve kiosk. Food was as expected. Friendly servers. It was not very busy around 11 in the morning. If we are required to use the kiosk should we get a free burrito?

Honestly, I love taco bell. This one has missed the mark, I will never go here again after the other day. I went inside to get some food, and there was a customer in the drive through about to get their food. After I had ordered 2 other cars came in the drive through while I was waiting. It took a half hour, to get $10 in food. Simple. I watched one of the cooks, who kept touching his phone while he had gloves on, and he didnt change them before handeling the food. He did it on several occasions. I know, that this is way against the foodhandelers rules. I am really disappointed, but i never have had a good experience at this taco bell.

I pre-ordered my food, notified me my food was ready. I walked in the store, 2 people walked in after me naturally they got helped first and got their orders.
I sat there for about 15 minutes after my food was allegedly ready, finally got it. They forgot my drinks so I took two empty cups and got my own drinks. Finally I make it home and they forgot the avocado sauce packet for the cantina chicken meal… I don’t know what the point of ordering ahead is if people that are walking in and people that are going through the drive-thru are getting all their food before me when mine was “ready”
My favorite part of the experience was when a older couple walked in to order food at the counter and a employee walked up greeted them told them he couldn’t take their order and they had to order from the self ordering kiosk. Play literally said they weren’t comfortable using that the kid just sat there and looked confused and the people literally walked out of the restaurant…
If whoever owns this store is wondering why it’s losing money, just watch the day-to-day on the cameras. I could literally pinpoint all of it in the 20 minutes I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my food.

The employees here are so great! They always give the very best customer service EVER! I really appreciate the patience they have for me & my indecisiveness. Not only that, it always tastes amazing. Never old, never stale, meat is always good, etc. Best Taco Bell ever!

Love it here . Food always seems fresh to order. The drive thru has friendly faces. Their wait time is next to nothing when we go . I do miss chase such a nice person always used greets us with a smile . Now my kiddos and I don’t go in like we used to because we always went to say hi. This person was always good to my kiddos.

We ordered our food and it took so long to get it. After getting the food we hopped in our car since we were in a hurry. We soon found out they didn’t give us any sauces when we ordered multiple packets. They also didn’t give us our Cinnabons and the guacamole was not good.

The food is usually good apart from the fact that when you ask for no sour cream multiple times on multiple occasions they relentlessly continue to glob your food with that heinous excuse for a condiment. I would think it would be easier to not put the sour cream on when asked considering it’s one less step in the process of making a burrito but you gotta go above and beyond and put it on there anyway because you aren’t slackers after all. Keep the cream let me live the dream. (Photo evidence of sour cream despite my plead of no sour cream)
