Our dinner here was fantastic. Each dish had a perfect balance of French style sauces and fresh ingredients. We had scallops, sturgeon, and a cassoulet dessert. If you are staying at the hotel it is absolutely worth making a reservation in the restaurant one night rather than going into town.

Staying in the Hyatt Hotel, we had dinner here often. We enjoyed the friendly staff and the elaborate buffet. We particularly enjoyed that there were healthy options available every time.
Despite not being shown on the written menus, there is a vegetarian option available. It’s perhaps not that elaborate, but very well prepared and very tasty!

This place is amazing. I really loved being there staying at the Hyatt. The craft is the restaurant of the hotel. From breakfast to dinner, the buffet offers a lot of choices. At dinner you get to choose starters and deserts at the buffet. It’s very tasty. The only thing is having no choice went you don’t eat red meat. I would have appreciated to choose rather than meat or nothing (the same course without the meat). Loved it anyway so … but still …

we booked a table here on a Monday evening, and all was going well until we tried to actually find the restaurant! The address given did not help, even with the power of Google Maps and an iPhone, and there are no signs to indicate where the restaurant is! We drove down to and around the car park for the Hyatt, hoping to see something indicating where the restaurant was, but eventually had to give up and eat elsewhere. The only building we could find that looked vaguely like a restaurant was derelict and populated by one stray dog, so we ended up assuming the reviews and details were old and ad not been updated to reflect what we presumed was its current ‘status’.
