Chef Oscar and his staff took care of us very well. We don’t come to Piada that often but we had an old gift card that didn’t work at first. But the staff took the extra time to make it work for us. Service was exceptional! And the food was so tasty. Both of us had the basil pesto pasta: one with crispy chicken and one with grilled chicken. Also had the Parmesan Piada Stick. Yummy! Worth the time and money to come here. Fabulous place!

I had an amazing experience. Donna made me and my sisters bowl and the pasta was fresh and the quality was overall good. She wasn’t stingy and gave us the perfect portion. She looks like she actually enjoys her job which is rare for service workers. To sum it up she’s an exceptional worker. Thank you Donna!

This totally hit the spot after a long day, and was one of the only places still open after 9pm! I always get the farmers market salad and they made it so fast and actually mixed it all up, which some restaurants won’t mix it up for you so that was awesome. I got a basil pesto bowl as well and they mixed that up in a hot skillet pan too instead of just pouring sauce on noodles, which I’ve never seen another store do. I can always count on a good, healthy vegetarian meal from Piada and this one delivered. Shout out to Willow for being awesome. Definitely coming back here soon!

This is a wonderful Piada location. Oscar and all of the employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They always encourage me to try new things. Their new bruschetta tomatoes are amazing-much improved. I look forward to coming here as I know my food will always be fresh.

Here is my Piada app (i.e. not in person to watch them make it on the line) order of a Steak Piada. There was literally zero steak. I expect this at a fast food restaurant in the middle of nowhere on a road trip, certainly not from the “innovation kitchen” location of Piada.

absolutely amazing food and service. i couldnt get a item due to it being sold out! and the worker came and made sure i was able to get one once they came out fresh and hot! Absolutely best Piada location hands down anywhre near the columbus area! I will 100% be making this my new go to italian cuisine location for a absolute amazing most delicious most yummy in your tummy type of meal! My mouth is watering just thinking about the next time i come here and get some warm delicious savory outstanding creamy salty and sweet food
