I got the chicken tenders and fries.
The fries are really good. I got mine with just salt.
The chicken, although it tastes like real, quality chicken, the flavor is just not there. I wanted to love it. Even the dipping sauces don’t help much. It’s not terrible. They just don’t season the chicken.
I like the atmosphere and the customer service is good.

Tried super chix for the first time. The food was really good for fast casual. You walk in and order and they will give you a table number. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They also have dedicated parking spots for pickup. The food only took about 10 minutes. Maybe less. They have a lot of options for their sandwiches and fries. They also have a special sandwich. Although not sure if it’s quarterly, seasonal, or some other cadence. It’s a bit pricey for what you get but the service and flavor make up for it. The person that took our order opened up the other register when the line started to back up some and is who brought us our food.

I am very disappointed with my recent order. I
ordered Cajun fries and instead received a pile of grease. As a former restaurant owner, I can confidently say I would never serve fries this greasy…it’s simply unacceptable.
This experience did not meet even basic quality standards, and I am truly dissatisfied.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address it to ensure better quality control moving forward.

And to whoever served me this raw uncooked chicken on November 9 2025 Sunday night you really need to be ashamed of yourself!!! Do better Super chix and stop putting brown wilted and inedible lettuce on your salads!!! Invest in some better quality lettuce now because it’s not matching your prices! Do better!

Came south from Baltimore to see my son play baseball. We found Super Chix and said, “Why not?” Let’s give it a try. Let me tell you, this spot was fantastic. I got the Chicken Parm sandwich and Fries. The chicken was moist and tasty. It was a nice sized sandwich, and the portion of fries was generous. They had a sauce station with their own special sauce and some different tasting BBQ sauces. I give this sandwich an 8 out of 10. I will have to return to try the other sandwiches . Give them a try , you won’t be disappointed.

If you love chicken, you have to try Super Chix ASAP! I had never heard of it and decided to give it a try – totally worth it!
>Tried the Bacavo Ranch Fried Chicken Sandwich with Cajun Seasoned Fries – tender, fresh, crispy! A regular order of fries is plenty to feed two people! I added Garlic Aeiolie to the sandwich which was a great choice.
>Great variety of sauces to choose from for sandwiches or dipping. If you dine in, they have a “sauce bar” with unlimited sauces, which is so unique! I was able to taste test their Nashville sauce, Buffalo, “Signature”, Buttermilk ranch, Korean BBQ, Honey Mustard, etc.
>The customer service was 5-Star! I dined in, and noticed their staff was regularly walking the dining room to check how customers were doing and to make sure the food was meeting expectations. The nice lady chatted with me for a moment and even came to offer drink refills for myself and others sitting nearby which was unexpected, but a really nice favor to say the least! Once I finished my meal, a friendly young man asked how my meal was and if he could take my tray out for me.
Next time, I’m bringing friends!

Order your food and they deliver it at your table. Fries were good and they have plenty of variety of sauce at the sauce bar. Sandwiches were good nothing so great compared to Chick-fil-A but a bit pricier. Plenty of siting space inside and outside. Common bathrooms for men and women made it dirtier.

Stopped at Super Chix, At Brayden Prkwy for the very first time and it was Sooooo delicious! We order a 4 piece chicken tender and the Bacavo Chicken Sandwhich and a large fry! The large fry could probably be split with a group of people, and Everything was cooked to perfection! THE Chicken was Clearly cooked in house and was some of the most Juicy pieces of chicken I’ve ordered from anywhere, and all for a very good price considering the size of everything we ordered! The have a small sauce bar and take out containers inside to where you can help yourself without having to bother the staff. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly and they have nice seating in door and a very nice out door patio. Would highly recommend checking them out if you have never! This may be a must stop everytime we are in town!
