Stopped here for breakfast while on our way to Birmingham.
They have a HUGE indoor playground with three slides, lots of climbing and peek-a-boo spots. There are two electronic games that children can compete on. Two TVs playing kids’ shows (Spidey and His Amazing Friends when we went) and children’s music. Lots and lots of seating including high benches, circle tables, regular bench and chairs and a big circle table. Also at least six high chairs. All in an enclosed space! Only downside is there is no family bathroom in the space.
Restaurant and bathroom were spotless. Staff was friendly and food was good. Vanilla iced coffee was very sweet and a little watered down but ok.

The service was moving very slow. Not sure if it was around shift change(5pm) however, it was a long wait. I ordered a Fish sandwich with extra tarter sauce on the side and it took at lease 5 min for the extra tarter sauce.

Food was ok but could’ve been a lot warmer than it was or just cooked fresh to order. They tables were dirty, so no one is out wiping tables down obviously. Employee was friendly and got my order correct without issues, app or service.

Ordered the potato bun because of stomach issues. Asked me 2wice and still gave me the seeded bun. . From FL traveling for work, and ordered omw to the hotel. Get here and can’t eat… Closed now and can’t get my food, Thanks guys. Not satisfied.

I’ve been there a few times. Once when I got home I realized I was missing a burger,I called them and they had no problem letting me come in when I could to get it and made it fresh for me.

The drive thru service was good and fast but my complaint is the paper straws. Who wants to feel like you are drinking out of cardboard. Get rid of them my drink taste like card board and you cant leave it in your drink it fall apart. Just a heads up if anyone gets a drink from Burger King bring your own straws. Card board it’s the way. Soggy paper straws.

I had a complaint about food service and quality on previous order. I too am busy just as the resteraunts are so I do not have time to run back to a business nor stay on the phone for 10 minutes trying to get help. So I asked for manager on duty a middle aged white female answered and told me she would be there until 11:00 pm… I started my complaint she interrupted me then hung up on me. I will be posting on social media and telling everyone I meet about my experience and swaying them from using or eating at Burger King in the Calhoun county area!!!! My burger had complete opposite of what I ordered, bun bottom was scorched black burnt, mustard dripping out of burger and non of the ingredients I requested and paid for….Manager at window was rude said he couldn’t find my order ……DO NOT EAT AT CALHOUN COUNTY LOCATIONS!!!!!
