I can’t remember the last time I stopped by a Wendy’s and if it wasn’t for the “T-Mobile Tuesdays” free burger offer, I wouldn’t have thought about it.
The gentleman who was working the front counter was extremely helpful and patient helping me figure out how to apply the code. Other than the great customer service, the freebie single burger was juicy, bigger than I remembered it being and good… but really tasted like a regular plain burger. Basically after a few bites, it didn’t make me “want more”. So good decent burger with fresh ingredients but the customer service was great.

Wendy’s store only had a couple sitting in the dining area, so it wasn’t busy.
Our table ordered the $7.00 Astros meal deal. Terrible…terrible…terrible…terrible! Wendy’s used to tout “Fresh, never frozen.” Not sure about that. —>Burgers were ready b4 I even paid for the meal. Tiny burger was barely warm. The itty bitty patties were so dark & dry. Come to find out, they pre-made the burgers, any additions, they just opened them up and added the extra ingredients and reassembled that old sandwich.
—> Nuggets – old and cold. Been sitting in a container next to the fries for God knows how long.
—>Fries, lukewarm at best and chewy.
I asked if we could have fresh fries and with a sigh, she obliged.
Staff were busy talking amongst each other.
Frosty – good.
Barely ate half of our meals b4 we just threw them away. We did not have a good experience. We left and journeyed elsewhere and got something else.
Won’t be back and will let others know.

Slow service, unfriendly workers, not the cleanest either. Don’t go here if you like your order to be correct…or if you want to spend less than 20 minutes in the drive through…or if you like to eat at places that are clean…

Zero! Negative zero! Went in the other day and was in less than three minutes. So I go in and it’s around 8:30 pm, and they already had the menus off the screen. So I am supposed to not be able to see the menu? And worse the staff and one particular little Hispanic guy, sees me turns his back and never asked to help me I purposely stood there to see if he would actually do his job but nope. Wow! Good way to keep costumers. And also am very tired of restaurants only having Hispanic employees that just talk amongst each other and don’t do a damn thing else. Idk how this place is still in business. Horrible location

Today I ordered a baked potatoe with cheese for my side, turns out they were out, and was told they wouldn’t be ready for an hour asked if I wanted something else like apple bites, (i understood pies English was not his first language) lol my bad, I said sure I get my order but, how does this equate to a baked potato with cheese they could have just given me regular fries with cheese and before anyone asks why I didn’t ask, I did ask but he repeated bout the apples so I said sure. I assume there were no fries either

Went on a Saturday around 3pm. Forgot 1 of 3 sandwich. Had to go back and get the 3rd. Chicken sandwich and both burgers were not fresh. Dry and didn’t even finish eating them. Fries were cold.

Hate that this is the only Wendy’s nearby. Cold food, terrible service, have to ask repeatedly for the condiments you ask for with your order. Ordered via drive thru and had to go back because my fries were cold, again. Tonight was definitely my last visit.
