Food is always fresh since it’s the only location available in the area and is always very busy. Staff is a little mean and stingy with the food but overall is worth it for the quality of the ingredients and the prices that you’re paying for the food. I recommend asking for the chipotle vinaigrette so can add it to your bowl while you’re eating it. Chipotle is always a good idea.

On December 9th, I came to this place 10 minutes before closing time, and the girl serving my food did so reluctantly. I could see from her face that she wasn’t doing a good job. She didn’t even give me time to tell her that didn’t want her to put everything together. she had an actitude from the begining ,I paid a total of $24 for terrible service, and I still had to rush! They should choose their customer service staff much more carefully. “Food shouldn’t be served reluctantly.”

Chipotle, in general, is too inconsistent to be worth your money anymore. They used to address this by having a generous refund policy via their app, but even that is harder to do now.
Even with the (former) generous refund policy, the food was too inconsistent. One day, you’ll eat guacamole that tastes like they poured concentrated onion juice into the guac. Another day, the rice will be as if they spilled a wholesale tub of salt. In both cases, inedible.
Why go waste your time there? Sure when Chipotle is good it’s a memorable experience. I find myself wanting to chase the dragon, but the truth is that another bad chipotle experience would just break my heart.
Combined with recent reviews saying that people are getting food poisoning, it just feels like going to chipotle is the Russian roulette of food choices.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. While the food is generally the same at all Chipotle locations, the service here was exceptionally terrible. A Hispanic gentleman was incredibly rude when I asked for a lemon. He went on a confusing rant about how they don’t have lemons and need to get them from the back. I have no idea what he was talking about. The service was just awful. I would not recommend this place.

Perhaps the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food and straw wrappers and trash were on EVERY table, not being cleaned at all. Literally every single table. We ate next to an employee who also left his table a mess with salsa and rice on it – he got up and didn’t even wipe his own table down after being done. If front of house is this gross, I don’t even want to know what’s going on in back of house. Prices keep going up and Chipotle keeps declining in quality.

I just ordered from grubhub and the size of this burrito is insane. It is so small. At first I thought it’s because I’m a picky eater and only get 3 things in my burrito but I see at least one person who also wrote a review about their burrito being small. Regardless each burrito should be regularly sized regardless of personal tastes like mine. This is a chain restaurant I know you have the money to make me a regular sized burrito. This isn’t even the first time either this is just the smallest it’s ever been. For $15 dollars yeah give me my money’s worth.

Walked into Chipotle around 9:45pm after the gym, stomach rumbling, thinking to myself, “Why don’t I come here more often?”
The answer came quick. The young woman behind the counter, wearing a scowl, said flatly, “You can’t eat here..takeout only.” No greeting, no explanation, just attitude. When I said “No thank you,” she lit up with the biggest smile of the night
clearly happy I was leaving.
The listing says this location closes at 11pm, but apparently customer service shuts down much earlier. It hit me… this has happened before. Warm welcomes must be off the menu here. Thanks for confirming why I don’t eat at Chipotle anymore.

Wow! The worst costumer services that I seen in my life.no one’s looks like they want to work there. Was just there about one hour before closing. Nobody want to take my order until I ask what time you close, a girl with a big big attitude say 10:00pm so one hour is a reasonable time to eat my food. I ordered my food my girlfriend and I we sit down and they put the garbage containers next to us while we eating. What a disrespect for us, contaminating our food. health department need to know that.
