The restaurant is clean and the staff’s great. The food was good.
The two star deduction is for the handicap parking. My adult son is in a wheelchair. Both handicapped parking places were taken. While we were eating there I watched and the restaurant was empty besides us. It must be the employees parking there. We had to push him from the other side of the building.

I stopped by this McDonald’s drive thru on the way home after work. When then worker finally acknowledged me, he only said “McDonald’s” in the most irritated sounding way. I pull around to the window and I see a young man eating a sandwich. The young lady comes to window and tells me there was no sweet tea so I got something else. The cook and what looked like a manager were yelling at each other as if they were arguing. When I finally got my food and went home. My quarter pounder had a regular hamburger patty on it. The patty was extremely thin and some of it was crumbled in pieces. The young man behind the counter eating definitely look like he had a nice burger. I called the store several times lwith no answer. I did not go back to the store because I was home and after working from 8am to 9pm, I did not feel like going back in the cold. I’m up calling this morning and still no answer. I don’t really like McDonald’s burgers but when I get one, it’s only the quarter pounder. The other meat makes me sick to my stomach. I expect to get what I pay for.

I just went to the store and shared my experience with the manager and she replaced my items with no problem. I also noticed that although they were very busy, she acknowledged every customer. I didn’t get her name but this is around 12:30pm December 6th.

This is my local McDonalds, about 50% of the time I order food from here some item is missing. It happened again last night, I got home to see there was no double cheeseburger, it was a cold rainy night so there was no point in driving back to rectify the matter plus I needed to eat the food that was in the bag before it went cold ♂️. It happened over the last few years with different staff so it must be a procedural issue….my wife always checks the bag before leaving the store but I rarely do as I don’t want the server thinking I don’t trust their ability…never again though, from now on I’ll be checking every bag….soooooo annoying

I stopped at McDonald’s for a quick meal before taking my kids trick-or-treating, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee on the speaker asked if she could help me. I said, “One moment, please,” and she immediately responded with, “OH MY GOD!”
I went ahead and placed my order anyway. When she asked if I needed anything else, I said “Yes, one sec,” and she abruptly told me to pull up to the next window — completely ignoring the rest of my order.
When I got to the window, I explained that I wanted to add a $1 McChicken. The employee told me they don’t take orders at the window but asked the manager if she could make an exception. The manager immediately said, “Absolutely not, I’m not doing that,” and walked away without even acknowledging me.
The level of customer service at this location was awful — easily the worst I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. I won’t be returning to this location again. Manager was an Adrian American male with dress and a pink shirt on Halloween night. He doesn’t even deserve to work at McDonald’s

I’m giving this McDonald’s a full 5 stars—specifically compared to other McDonald’s locations. This was the best Mc Donald’s Quarter Pounder I’ve had in years. Not sure if I just got lucky, but the burger was fresh, juicy, and perfectly made. Service was great too. I really wish more McDonald’s were like this one. Well done!

Rudest store manager I ever encountered. She incited an arguement from me by refering to us and another gentleman as rude people. Then she threatened me with police and stalked me with her camera phone taking pics and videoing me as I left the store. I felt threatened, harrassed and stalked by her. All because the mens restroom was closed and a man wanted to wash his hands.

Ordered an iced COFFEE. What they gave me was a cup of iced CREAMER and way too many pumps of syrup. I don’t even think they added coffee to it. Disgusting. I look Forward to my coffee every morning during the work week and I was really let down today

All employees were really nice and professional. 3 stars on service was because we were asked to pull forward to wait which was no biggie, but it was like they forgot us. After awhile a young man came out and said you still haven’t got your food? Said no and although he had just got off he went back in with our receipt and came a couple minutes later with our food. Now that’s an employee that went above and beyond

Ate here yesterday morning and it was the hardest biscuit I’ve ever ate in my life. The folded egg was all burnt and dried out. I never go to this location and now I have a reason to keep it that way.

Quarter pounder with extra onion, pickles .
The pickles McDonald is sending their franchises are super skimpy / thin. Even ordering burger with extra I could get no pickle flavor whatsoever. The slivered onions here are gigantic. Sickeningly large. It’s pedantic but these are sliced onions and not slivered. Enpkoyee’s were pleasant enough.
I wish there was a standard for what constitutes “extra” size for ingredients.
See photo… usually invredients are always a little light and sloppily applied so I regularly order extra. I don’t mean an entire onion only that I want the burger thuroughly covered so one in ever bite. Fast food probably will never be capable of that level of service though so I need to adjust my expectations at this point.
