Went through drive through and patiently 10 minutes while the place was dead. Wasn’t upset at all until the man who spoke through the speaker said “what do you want” with a clear attitude. I let him know we had a mobile order and we pulled up. The lady at the window was OK, they said their milkshake machine was frozen so i got a frappe instead. I said “thank you so much you have a great night” and she shut the window on me mid sentence. I understand fast food and customer service can be a lot, or you could just be having a bad day. But that is no excuse to behave that way towards a customer. I work in customer service, i’ve dealt with customers making mean comments about my looks to my face, i’ve dealt with relationship problems and losing my best friend during work. Yet i still treat customers with respect. Do better.

Horrible service. Everyone please avoid this place. I came on February 21st, 2026 around 1am so you can know who was working. They made me wait about 20min in the drive thru. Told me to pull around to the window. Once I got to the window they said they were closed. Closing time says 3am and why make me wait. They could have told me they were closed on the intercom. They just didn’t want to work. Absolutely horrible experience

I’m greatly honored that RAPSNIPER333 and CHELLIPE2000 work in this restaurant. He is an amazing individual, offering me free food whenever I tell him the secret work “67 god fortnite baby gronk sigma rizz”. I cannot believe he’s not a store manager or a the CEO. WOW THIS PLACE HAS A GEM IN THEIR RESTAURANT. I remember I asked for a quarter pounder, and he gave me so much meat on my burger. If u are looking for him, just go up to management and say ur looking for the man runs this place.

They need to get rid of the kids and hire people who want to work I work down the street from there first time I went there on my break cause I work overnights I was told they close at 3am for clean up okay cool go back again another day around 12am I was told they close for clean up why advertise 24hrs but they pick and choose the hours they work and if you order fries fresh why give me something that’s been sitting under the light and taste old ….you would think because of the area food and service would be great if I can give no starts I would and they never respond to you on the intercom…….

This is the 3rd or 4th time this year (2026) that this “24/7 mcdonalds” is closed because their system is supposedly down. Hire people who cant find work and actually want to work. The 1st.time it happened i was like ok, it can happen. But now this being 3/4 times is clearly a lie. If ya’ll cant hire good overnight staff than do away with the 24/7 and close.

Five stars across the board for that Manager that was on duty September 14 between 345 and 4 PM. He was calm he was patient and he made sure everybody got what they needed and it was chaotic in there with people that were being so rude to him. I will definitely come back if he’s on the shift.

Lately you can’t watch tiktok without seeing someone freak out at a fast food restaurant. And you always say, was it that serious to act that way over a missing sauce or cold French fries. While there freaking out is over the top and unnecessary, I’m starting to understand the frustration. Customer service nowadays is horrible. People nowadays, “on both sides”, just don’t care anymore. With that being said….. this is like the 5th time that I’ve gone to this McDonald’s, drove home to find a big mac with extremely hard inedible bread, and a triple cheeseburger that is in a triple cheeseburger wrapper but is only a double. People work hard for their money and whether it’s fifty cents or five dollars, I want to get what I paid for. So im not gonna go back and tear up the place, but it is frustrating.
