I have had my share of crappy fast food places, But this Burger King is by far the best location I have been too in a long time. The employees and managers are beyond polite, respectful, hospitable, and overall as nice as you would want to be treated at any establishment. The cleanliness of the store is superb..! I always feel welcome and everyone has such beautiful smiles every time I visit. I wish I knew all their names. They deserve to be recognized for their hard work and professionalism..!! I visit mostly in the late afternoon to evening and late night. That group is just amazing!! Thanku for all your hard work and seen u next time!!

Can’t go wrong with Burger King food but you can definitely go sideways with service or lack thereof. I have never had such an experience with BK. Get to the drive through and try and order like normal, no problem. Ge to the window and I’m met with a finger while the cashier is talking about a baby daddy issue which do not appear to be business related but I could be wrong ♂️ finally drove offf due to the complete lack of courtesy from this Green Cove Burger King team.

We got a whooper,fries,and 2 double cheese burgers, fries. I always get the double cheese burgers when I eat at a burger king. Well, I got home with the food started eating and crunch something crunchy was in my burgers. So stopped eating opened the bun the burgers were like they had been setting out all day long .so took the food back asked for the manager and she responded very quickly made new food with her employee in the kitchen. This food should have never been served to anyone this was not a good dission on the workers part. hope she gets this straight with the employees.

I got to the drive through, no response for about a minute, well well well, the cashier then got on the mic and said HOLD ON well well well, I then said I wanted the SpongeBob bundle for 1 person that brings the pineapple drink, not the family bundle, and she responded with so what are you trying to order? well well well, I then said no problem I’ll go inside to place my order, I’m not really sure what Its called thanks. I went inside and waited for another 6 minutes before realizing no one was taking orders nor looking in this general direction. I spotted an older person and asked them, they said they been standing there for a while and he said “is no one taking orders today” he was then ignored and proceeded to walk out. I did not walk out, I wanted bikini bottom bundle, so I used the machine to put in my order, it does not list the full bundle with the pineapple drink, so I proceeded to just get the regular Krabby Patty meal. The whopper the fries and the a Coke Zero. The machine did not have Coke Zero so I said to a BK employee with a black BK shirt on, excuse me, do you have Coke Zero back there, the machine is currently out. Even though I gave a smile, and used words like please and thank you They proceeded to grab my cup and fill it without saying a word, or a smile. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience walking into the Burger King. I then remembered, I NEVER come inside, I was only forced to come inside because their mobile ordering was turned off so I was forced to place at drive through or inside but they don’t like talking to people so either turn on mobile ordering or idk don’t be rude thanks

Went through drive through with my brother and the order taker, she was extremely nice. It was a mobile order yet she verified the order, told me what was in it, commented on the drinks. Her name is CANDI! I was extremely surprised that a fast food other than chick fil an actually gave above and beyond service. Thanks Burger King! Keep her in customer’s eye view she’s Terrific!! ✨

Was in the drive thur for 25 minutes from the order panel to the window. There was only 1 car in front of me. Saw 4 cars turn around and left. The slowest service of any Burger King I’ve been to in 45 years.

Burgers and onion rings were actually hot when we received our order. Best burgers we have had from fast food in a long time. Clean restaurant and with only 3 female employees working they were super efficient.

A certain worker, Rylee really went above and beyond tonight. He was so kind and understanding and willing to make things right after our order was messed up. Hope he gets paid what he deserves!! Trust we will come back because of his hospitality! Great Worker, Great Burger King!!!
