I was fortunate enough this evening to have service from Saniyah. She greeted me warmly and proceeded to give me the best hospitality I’ve ever recieved at a McDonalds. As someone who has worked in hospitality for years, I was highly impressed with her demeanor and service! She deserves to be acknowledged for this accordingly. She made my day, along with my nieces who witnessed the interaction! My 5 year old niece said ‘she’s the best’!!! She has shifted my perspective on this McDonalds location and I’ll be sure to return!!!!! Thank you Saniyah for your kindness!!!

They seem understaffed and stressed leading to constant mishaps in orders. Super high turnover so there’s always trainees. Right by my house for years but food is never consistent in taste or texture at any time of day :/

I had an amazing experience here! The customer service was outstanding — warm, friendly, and very professional. Manager Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Kady brought our food right out, and even though they were very very busy, Robin made sure my drink was delivered right to our table. You can tell the whole team truly takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. The restaurant was spotless and had such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service, genuine care, and cleanliness all in one. Highly recommend!

Completely unacceptable service. Made a mobile order. Drove to pick up in store after receiving notification that the order was complete and ready for pickup. Walked in was told that they had my order ready and went to grab one last item for my order. Spent 20 mins after I was told my order was ready waiting for my order, to be told that they dont have my order. And if I can wait for them to make my order. At this point 50 mins had passed since I initially placed my order. Again completely unacceptable. I will not use return to this store. Additionally while waiting the 20 mins at the counter the staff were very rude to multiple additional customers, and completely ignored the line of customers at the register.

Lady working drive thru at midnight October 22 with a cross tattoo on her neck is rude. Speaks too fast and low but tells us rudely to speak up. Then proceeds to put in the wrong order when I clearly stated what I wanted… when I repeated what I ordered nicely she had an attitude as if I changed my order when it was her that put something completely different. Also rushes you to order , mind you it wasn’t even busy when I came through.

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. So poorly organized, often rude and always getting tur orders wrong. It’s amazing how bad they are compared to any other location.

The staff at work were very noisy. Personal phone calls and chats… we waited over 20 minutes for our order. I went up to ask whether how long I need to wait and 4 employees saw me standing there but did not offer to help. I literally had to grab an employee that was clocking in to check on our order. I was told that people that orders from the kiosk themselves are put at last as their priorities are drive thru and for those that orders directly at the cashier. This does not make any sense and its ridiculous how they told me that I should have not used the kiosk. Also, the employees are louder than the customers and most of the employees that were on break were acting as if it was there own place.

Good experience, employees were helpful. The tables had Braille, touchscreens games were available free of charge.

Never get orders correct and when promised to make it right… I was discriminated against due to my tattoos. Very rude and disrespectful staff. Go to the one down the street on Winchester. Way better food and customer service.
