The staff at this location is amazing!!! I went today 2/24/26 @ 1:02pm, I had a large order for 5 ppl and the staff worked quickly and went over and above any expectation for the amount of employees they have.
Every time I have been to this location, the staff is absolutely the best!! They are friendly and polite every time. In todays world this means a lot.

We had an experience where the food we received was unfortunately not up to par, but the store manager, Pamela, completely turned it around for us. From the moment we brought it to her attention, she was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. She not only corrected the issue quickly, but went above and beyond by adding in a few extra treats that absolutely made my daughter’s day.
It’s rare to find someone in customer service who truly takes the time to ensure guests leave happy, but she did exactly that. Her kindness and attention to detail turned a disappointing situation into a great one, and we left feeling more than satisfied. Thank you for the outstanding service—we’ll definitely be back because of her!

We waited about 12 minutes to place our order. We did this b/c it was clear the staff was overwhelmed when we arrived with drive-thru orders. We placed our order at 1:22 p.m. as shown on the receipt. The wrong food was initially sent out to our table. Quickly recognizing this, we brought it to the attention of the staff who collected the food and took it to the car that was pulled up outside waiting on a drive-thru order. At approximately 1:50 p.m. our food was brought out to us. The French fries were barely above room temperature. We asked for fresh fries and the staff member collected and took the barely warm fries away. The staff member never brought the hot fresh fries to us. We could hear the staff raising their voices at one another b/c of “difficulties” with their shift change. Not wanting to add additional burdens on the staff we simply ate the other food and quietly left. My 8 year old son said, “Wow, we could have went to Schooners on the beach and been served faster and have actually got hot food.”

The website says open 24 hours and I placed an order late last night and they took my $30.79 payment but when I arrived the establishment was closed. I called today to let Krystals know about this situation and when I call their phone it says Please leave a message after the tone. I was super excited to see a Krystals here, as I am from Jacksonville and this was my first experience here with them. Very disappointed.
