Hidden Breakfast Gem!
I have driven by this DQ for over a year and always wondered why I would see so many vehicles pulling in for breakfast. I never knew they did breakfast ♂️. I’m glad I do now!
FOOD: The Country Platter is the way to for me… 2 eggs (your way), grits (with/without cheese) or hashbrowns, sausage or bacon, and 2 buttery biscuits. All under $8! I usually have to add butter, salt, and pepper to my grits no matter where I go. Not here! They’re perfect (for my taste)!
CUSTOM SERVICE: I usually have the same lady at the drive-thru window (0615ish). She’s always so nice and welcoming. One morning, a couple’s vehicle had stalled in the drive-thru lane. The woman at the window gave me a weird look as I came in at an odd angle to the window and I explained to her that there was a stalled vehicle in the lane. Without hesitation, she instructed a male employee to go see if they could help them. Four guys immediately went out with tools and such to see what they could do. Props to the early morning crew!

If you haven’t tried the breakfast hashbrown bowl from dairy queen it is a must that you do so Every bite was full of flavor… At first it was made wrong due to some app complications, but after talking with the manager Amber she reassured me that she would definitely make sure it was made as to what I wanted… Well I’m here to tell you she definitely did that !!! This is what you call good management, and well mannered workers I really appreciated the great customer service.

Every single shift member working on 3/1/2026 sang happy birthday to my daughter when we came in for ice cream. They offered to do it and even let us borrow a lighter for the candles. It was a small thing, but it’s rare to get that at most places any more. Whoever is in charge, make sure to give those people a raise and/or a bonus ASAP.

Kids play to much can’t even make a Chocolate Milk Shake they don’t rinse out the mixing cup between customers so I had a half mixed up Chocolate milk shake with strawberries and taste like cherry syrup yuck picture below just sorry service needs to be closed down

Food gotten worse since the college student came back. But Yesterday I got a meal and the spoon was in my ice cream. I really hate that. They haven’t been doing it so why now. People are getting sick and I like to wash my spoons before I use them. The little girl at the window was SO disrespectful because I didn’t want the spoon in my ice cream. I guess he was over everyone.. He was rubbing his nose and given out bags. My son will be going somewhere else to get his ice cream

I have went here 3 times in the last week during night shift and every time my food has been completely wrong. I ordered Buffalo chicken strip basket, got barbecue. I order gravy as a sauce, got queso TWICE. Ordered a large drink, got a small. There is a guy who has worked 2 of the times I went and he was rude at the window. It is so frustrating paying $25 for 2 strip baskets with a drink for them to not even be able to get it remotely right.

Gave them 5 Stars for years. *I knew when food was ready 25 seconds from order/payment time (the left overs from rush hour precook FIX was in) to be wary. No way you can cook Double Cheeseburger & Fries, Chicken Strip Basket , Toast, Gravy & Fries in that time unless previously cooked and throw items together , bag & tag.
** Dine in order,business very slow, 3 customers dining in. Drive thru very slow.
Most DQ’s precook several burgers and grilled chicken patties etc , prior to rush hour so that they can keep lines moving quickly but not so much precook on Fried foods such as Fries, Chicken Strips, Fried Chicken Patties for Sandwiches etc , As Fried Foods get hard with time as well as dried up. Chicken strips were rock hard as were fries. And Toast had been recooked complaint recooked very very hard. Manager was too busy looking for missing girl and telling others about her upcoming retirement with part time sit down job planned soon after DQ. And having her Benefits lined up before leaving DQ . Got tired of trying to corner her for private complaint.
