I came down here on a business trip and went out to lunch with one of my colleagues. We looked online and found this place and was pleasantly surprised when we pulled up and went inside. This was on the bottom floor of an office building area hidden out of the way from normal traffic. We were greeted with a very friendly hostess, and she took us to her table. We had appetizers of chicken wings, and then we moved on to tacos and a hamburger. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place for anybody in the area looking for a frequent lunch place to visit. Kudos to the staff at the break room bar and grill.

Honestly the service was fine and friendly, but the food was overpriced and nothing special… the really really bad thing .. and maybe its just a really really bad one off mistake.. but the chicken from the chicken and waffles was raw 🙁 I did tell the server.. was not ever rude about it.. she asked if she could get me something to replace ” the little bit that was inedible [half the chicken breast] because of the viewable pink flesh i the center. I said no politely.. and did t think I’d have to mention to be sure to tell the chef or that we really should t have to pay the entire portion of tbe overpriced 16.99 for the meal. But we did… not an apology or even a buck off the meal.. basically “shove it” is that we got. Okay. Into the rest of the meal… $18 rib appetizer came with the smallest little ribs… was this a teeny baby cow?… although the meat was tender.. they were salty as heck… we put it intop of the waffle with syrup to break up the salt… didn’t taste so bad then. Okay… the salad… Just nothing special bagged lettuce with dressing. That’s all. ..but listen

The Break Room is a hidden gem. If you blink, you’ll miss it, but we were so impressed. We had the rib bites and the spicy shrimp pasta. Both had amazing flavor! The staff was very friendly and attentive! We will definitely be returning!

My grandkids loved the chicken bites and wings. Husband saidthe Cuban was excellent and bread was authentic. My chicken pesto was ok, chicken was dry.
The Waterview was great grandkids got to see otters, fish and duckd.

good food! i had the grouper and it was delicious. so nice to sit outside, enjoying the water view. my was happy to watch the ️ ️ rather than the typical view she gets while under the table . I’d like to see the otters sometime. my espresso martini was perfect. attentive, helpful staff. this was my second visit but the first since it’s been under new management. the new owner even came out to check on us. nice lady and friendly place. I’ll definitely be back!

We ordered the Cuban sandwich and the Jambalya. The sandwich had a weird taste and the chips were cold and burnt like they were old. Told waitress, not much concern. Also had the jambalaya, Was great taste but pretty sure i was served the standard bowl which was on sale for 8 or 9 dollars. Questioned the waitress and said I received the supper portion. Seemed like a standard bowl for $26. The beer and wine were good.

Most recently, we hosted my husband’s 40th birthday party there, and it was nothing short of incredible. Ate here last night. Our waitress was attentive and accommodating, service was quick, and food was delicious! The tater tots were cooked perfectly, the onion rings were delicious, and I loved the strawberry mule. Would definitely recommend and visit again next time we’re in the area.
