Ordered a double hamburger with only Mayo and ketchup and got Mayo and ketchup with a side of burger. Unacceptable. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there, you have one job, and even that you can’t do right.

Ordered through the app and parked to get my order. Had a young lady come to give me an order to which I told her wasn’t mine and then a young man came out again with that same wrong order. I think I know my order name. Went inside to get my order & the manager was quite rude and said we’ve already tried to give you your order twice. I told her that’s not my order and that’s not my name. The manager didn’t even apologize for the mixup or for being rude and the food was cold!

This is probably the worst location I’ve been to, I asked for a frappe and they told me they don’t sell frappes after 11 even though I’ve never heard that at any McDonald’s. But anyways I ordered a 5 dollar meal and a caramel iced coffee and i specifically said I wanted 5 sugars to make it sweet. Fast forward almost half an hour later even though there was just me and 2 other cars and apart from them giving me my coffee still tasting strong and no visible sugar they forgot to give me my soda and the girl that gave it to me just left before I could ask her about my soda. Worst experience ever would not recommend this location until they fix all those issues.

This place is always messing up something. Wether it’s raw food or messing up the order. Tonight the chicken nuggets in the kids meals were cold and raw! Milk shakes weren’t even shakes, super watery. Honestly it’s rare that I come to this one because of this, I didn’t have time to go to another one unfortunately. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a bunch of kids working that they don’t care or genuinely don’t have experience.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the McAllen Mission area, the staff are rude, the lines are long, and everybody is unhelpful. They run around like chickens with their heads cut off, and nobody knows what they’re doing.
