The service was top notch! They had some great specials going when I came in. Food was hot & fresh! I was surprised the chicken was hand breaded in house & it’s truly the best around. Breakfast and lunch/dinner. Can’t beat it. Best biscuits & gravy in town. I also have the app so it has more deals, savings, & I get points for making purchases. 10/10 I recommend. ❤️

Stopped for breakfast at Hardee’s in Owosso, Michigan and when I went to leave I ask for a large cup of ice. I was told I could only get a small cup and if I wanted a large cup I would have to pay for it. I stopped at McDonald’s and they had no problem giving me a large cup of ice at no charge and I didn’t buy anything there. I will be getting my breakfast at McDonald’s instead of Hardee’s in the future. In the picture you can see the difference in how Hardee’s appreciates your business opposed to McDonald’s.

So, I go to the Owosso Hardee’s every few weeks and for the most part my order is always right. Only wrong like twice in the last year. They are also pretty fast and fresh. The real reason for this review is because they have a young lady working there mostly in the afternoons, her name is Mercedes. She is one of the most enjoyable people I have ran across in customer service in years. She is very energetic, professional, enthusiastic, sweet and willing to help WITHOUT giving attitude. I called to let the manager know, because we all need and appreciate being told that our Great service is noticed. I wanted to share this so if you get the chance to have her wait on you let her know she is doing a good job!!

It’s been years since I have been able to enjoy the food from ANY Hardee’s Restaurants since they closed the two that were located in my City. So today, while on a trip to Visit My Amazing Daughter, I was passing through Owasso Michigan and I spotted a Hardee’s and pulled in. I’m so grateful for my decision. I had forgotten just how Amazing Hardee’s Food is. Now let me start by saying that I INTENSIONALLY Over Ordered because I have not had it in so long and don’t know when I will be back in this area again. Let’s start with my Incredible Chicken Quesadilla which had an Amazing Flavor in the Seasoning on the Chicken. Combined with its Delicious Cheese, I was in Heaven. Hurry if you want this Amazing Treat as Hardee’s is discontinuing it on August 1st. Next up was the Phenomenal Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwich which was Absolutely Outstanding. The Ham was a very good quality ham with an Outstanding Smoked Flavor the Blended Perfectly with the Cheese . No gristle or fat, just Exceptionally Good Ham. Next my Incredible Burger. It’s the Flavor that I was Craving when I spotted their Sign. That’s the Taste of a Fantastic Char Broiled Burger . I briefly got to speak to the General Manager, Dave, who was FAR ABOVE Exceptionally Nice. He also gave me a bit of hope about a couple of locations closer to my home. But I WON’T FORGET THIS LOCATION, and Absolutely Will return here if I am Anywhere Nearby. I strongly recommend it to All. And don’t forget to enjoy the quesadillas while you still can.

I usually don’t complain about food, Because I love food. However, I have never been to a Hardee’s before. So I figured my daughter and I would grab some food on the way home. I got the mushroom Swiss burger, and there was barely any meat and I felt like I ate radioactive food, where my stomach was hurting really bad. She got the cheeseburger kids meal, and her burger was smashed And she said she didn’t want it because it didn’t taste good. McDonald’s food is better than this. And that’s saying something….we won’t ever come back here unfortunately.

We were going here several times per week until they decided not to let me use points from the app for free food. Like other restaurants now, the app gives free food as you make purchases. The app said I could get any sandwich for free from the 500 points menu. When I tried to get a free loaded biscuit, the same as I always get for free, the manager that day would not let us use the points. Instead, treating us like we didn’t know anything. We haven’t been back in weeks and won’t return.

Ate here because hubby was wanting the hot ham and cheese and milk shake. Usually i can find SOMETHING on a menu to adapt to my non-celiac gluten free/dairy free diet. Hardees has nothing except french fries. Nothing grilled, no salads, nothing. Very disappointing.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. At first I thought it was just two plain pieces of bread. The egg was a thin single layer and the bread was tough and chewy. Ordered 2 of them and both were this bad – so it wasn’t just a fluke. Not worth the wait or money at all.
