This location is has amazing and friendly service. Food quality is great and food is hot. The only complaint I have about Sonic these days, is their mayo tastes off to me. Like fish or pickles. Is it just me?

I am normally happy with my food, but last Sunday they got my order wrong even though I told them it was wrong on the screen they said the correct order would come out. However, the order was wrong the onions were over cooked twice came out worst the 2nd time. I included pics and the young man that bought out my food was rude. I ended up getting a full refund. I may just go to the one on Penn, but I usually have a good experience.

Everything about this location was awful we had ordered on line order to be ready at 9:07 checked in early. 9:07 screen said order was on its way out. Seen carhop take out an order then went back in. Order went off screen. She took out 2 more orders. So we pushed button she said she was bringing it out now. Nope a different order then ours finely at 9:20. And wouldn’t ya know no marinara or cheese for mozzarella sticks and pretzel had to push button again and wait.

I ordered 4 ranch with my order of cheddar peppers. Offered to pay as long as I got it. Guess what? When when I usually say that other sonics still put 2 in the bag. I got my 4 so I can have each pepper with a half tub of ranch. And I got them! Hot and juice and ranch! And the rest was good too. They even brought me a drink carrier for 2 drinks because asked for it. Usually it seems like an argument that my 40 dollar burgers come with a drink carrier and the ranch and catchup I ordered. And napkins and mints in the bag for the WIN! SO FRWSH AND DELICIOUS AND ALL SWEET LADIES WHO KNEW I KNEW WHAT I WANTED TO EAT. I GOT TO CHOOSE NOT THEM. I wanted nothing for free. So idk if the ranch cost Xtra. All I know is it came in the bag quick, fast, frash, and good attitudes. And I tip well too if what I asked for is in the bag. Like I’ll tip 20 bucks if my order is all packed up nicely and don’t right and I get what I asked for rather it costs or not. Only complaint? Bring back the white gravy! Yall advertise it with the chicken strip basket meal. But I can’t buy some for some tater tots during the day even if I pay for it? Why say you don’t have it? It’s a package and some water. Stop it. I want white gravy with my greasy mess. What’s wrong with that? So that’s my only complaint on day Crews. Claiming they don’t have it but it’s right there on the menu. I thought you could BUY what’s on the menu. Make more gravy and sell that crap in a to go cup with a straw and I will buy it with some tots for a snack. Love you sonic on Britton! You rock.

When I came to the Sonic I feel like I was back in slavery days. I went there Friday night June 23rd about 9:00 9:00 9:30ish there was a Caucasian girl I believe which was a supervisor there was a black girl which was tryna help but had no clue what happened sorry but everybody was scared of the Caucasian girl the supervisor. the crazy part is the doordash on the right of my car I had her food. Food was nasty and dry. Small amount of chili and cheese on tots. Grilled cheese sandwich was bad bacon hard. Reorder large tot and it was bad

The wrap that I ordered was on the $1.99 menu and you charged me $3.99 and the jr cheeseburger was a $1.99 if you add the lettuce and may maybe $2.50; but you charged me $3.49 and the drinks were supposed to be large. The customer service was not good, the young lady that brought me my order made a smart comment. My family and I will not be back at this location.

Their far from completely rude. The food is usually warm. I ordered a single milk shake at 8:30pm and waited 25 minutes for it to arrive to my car. It was completely melted.
