I went through the drive-through. The lady was nice. I got what I ordered. They forgot to give me my barbecue sauce. I had chicken nuggets and they were basically lukewarm cool. And a fish sandwich and the fish sandwich wasn’t even warm. The french fries were sort of warm. The meal sucked. The only thing that was good was a Sunday.

I can honestly say the this particular location has always been on time for the most part. Their staff is friendly and professional in their duties
Well run & highly organized, I never worry about picking up food for my customers.

Constantly having to ask to have my coffee remade, because they keep making it iced. Please pay attention to what customers are ordering. Some of us don’t have time to wait for you to fix your mistakes. This is the second time I’ve had to had my coffee remade. Otherwise, food here is good. To me, all McDonald’s taste the same.

We came by to eat dinner after a doctor appointment. There were signs stating no service inside. We went thru the drive thru. There was a sign saying no food but they had drinks.
The water service was shut down in Independence from a boiler issue. We went next door to taco bell and they had signs stating the opposite. They had food but no drinks, which made sense.
It was disappointing that mcdonalds would shut down and as we drove off after going to Walmart the McDonald’s drive thru was open.

Stopped for ice cream. Long wait in line. Totally melted when we got them. Could pour them out like milk. Employee noticeably upset when asked to remake them. Shorted me the $0.96 in change and muttered when she had to provide it. I asked for a receipt.

This has GOT to be the WORST mcdonalds you’ll ever go to. Long lines, orders ALWAYS wrong, children running the whole store, Can’t order at the front register. I’ve talked to management, they have tampered with my food. Asked for no mayo, add pickle and mustard, recieved only mayo. Did not eat. AT ALL COST, AVOID THIS MCDONALDS. There’s a few up the road. Worth the drive.

The lady at the pickup window on 2/15/26 at 1030 am was extremely RUDE. She told us to park in spot 2 but someone was there my husband told her and she snapped back “they are leaving you need to park in spot two”.
