We used the drivethru and although you do seat for a few minutes the food is fresh, hot and tasty. On this occasion my wife wanted a bacon burger but when we arrived home her burger was missing the bacon. I called and mgmt lived up to the mistake delivering excellent customer service living up to the mistake.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at sonic. I placed a mobile order at 11:11pm, and I arrived at 11:17pm. When I got to the speaker, the girl on the headset said that they didn’t have apple pay or ice cream. I understand the apple pay because I worked at a different Sonic for 4 years, but the ice cream??? She asked what we wanted to sub out our blasts for but said the blast, shake, and slushie machines were all down. I’m not trying to be that person, and I know it can be rough some nights when closing, but there is no possible way every single machine was down. When we got to the window she proceeded to tell us that there was no chili either which was on half of the order, and we payed for extra chili and cheese on the chili cheese tot. While we were waiting for the food, I saw that the shake machine was literally still dripping ice cream from the order before, so i know she was lying about that too. When we finally received the order, there was no shredded cheese on the tots that i paid and asked for, instead it was one piece cut in half like you do the cheese tot and it was only on the edges and there was barely any on there. The footlong I ordered was actually just two 6 inches put together with cheese and was cold. The single cheeseburger I ordered was cold and super dry. The cheesy bacon super sonic stack was supposed to be on texas toast, but instead was a regular bun that they definitely did not even bother putting through the bun toaster, and the bacon was chopped up instead of full pieces. They offered to let us come back tomorrow and they would remake the ice cream and the chili cheese tot but that was all and they didn’t even bother taking our names down. I understand closing but there is absolutely no reason to be closing the shake, blast, slushie, and hotdog station down 47 minutes before close. I’m also going to go out on a limb here and just assume they shut down the grill early too because everything supposed to be grilled was cold. Whoever was working tonight should be fired because they clearly don’t understand how a business needs to actually do their job to make any money. i’m so disappointed in how bad Sonic has gotten.

I read the bad reviews and gave it a shot anyways. Trust me, spare yourself the disappointment. The place is dirty and unkept. I read reviews of moldy bread and hair in the food, but took my chances. As soon as I opened the burger, wrapper, I noticed a piece of green Brillo pad in my burger. Needless to say, I was immediately turned off and threw the food away without a single bite. I did try a couple of the french fries which were saturated in grease and tasted like the grease hadn’t been changed in weeks.

overall good !!!! Fresh ,affordable ,amazing brownie blast for sure. I wish they could add salads on their menu . Their customer service is AMAZING !!!!! It is first fast food service I was able to see how kind and sweet their employees approach their clients. They opened the door to handicap person , and they brought the food to my little son at the table ,their greeting with a big genuine smile opening the door .The interior is really nice ,updated,really clean , and family oriented . I totally recommend this location.Please add some veggies or Salad .You have an amazing afternoon team !!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL LOCATION! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Ordering was a disaster. Found out I was ordering with the “new manager” but he didn’t seem to have any knowledge or intellect. After taking 10 minutes to take the order, waiting for 2 cars ahead for another 10 minutes, another Sonic scholar comes out to get the payment. I ask for the order to be read back, either she couldn’t read or they missed parts of the order. Literally another 15 minutes of waiting for the “new manager” to come to window, still no food or drinks, to run his mouth and let me know he’s the manager and that I couldn’t use the app, which the last genius who tried to take payment, when I asked her to redeem my points she “just doesn’t know much about it.” 40 minutes later, food is obviously cold. These are the most incompetent people I have ever met and I feel bad for anyone else having to deal with them, their horrible service, and line that doesn’t seem to move.

We went to sonic on halloween night. It was after we wrapped up trick or treating, and as you can imagine, they were a little bit busy. There were two cars in the drive through ahead of us. And quite a few tables sat inside. We had to stop at Walmart so we decided to go through the drive through. Once we got to the speaker box, no one said anything. We sat there for about five minutes before my husband started asking if anyone was there. No response. The person behind us said, maybe we should honk the horn…So we did. Another 3-4 minutes went by without anyone so much as saying “hey, we’ll be right with you.” We decided to go inside. Once we parked, we realized the person that was pulled up behind us was again waiting for a Response they weren’t talking to anyone. We go inside, see that they are obviously serving someone in the drive through the truck that was ahead of us..2 people at least that I could see were wearing headsets, and there was a screen with a live video of the drivethru. We could see it clear as day from the dining room. I watched as the person took the car’s order that was behind us, And we waited another ten minutes for anyone to come to the front to take our order. We watched as car after car was serviced before we were. Even after sitting in the drive through being completely ignored. Once we finally got our order in, The person who took it was very nice. Unfortunately, there was nothinv on the menu that i could eat. No grilled chicken, no wraps, no salad, no nothing.
Looking around there was probably 5 other tables sat inside. Everyone was waiting on their food. So we waited and we waited, and we waited. Literally 30 minutes. Once again drive through cars were waiting a while, but they weren’t waiting as long as we were. Somehow cars were ordering and leaving before us. Once we finally got our food, we ensured we had everything, and drove over to the walmart parking lot so I could run in and my husband and kids could eat. My husband said all of their chicken and fries were cold.The mozzarella sticks were the only thing that was hot. But after waiting that long, you expect everything to be hot and fresh.
We frequent sonic pretty often. It’s one of our favorite places because everything usually comes out hot and fresh, even if we have to wait extra couple minutes, we don’t mind. But after clearly being ignored in the drive through, then, coming inside and waiting for drive through to be serviced. Not to mention our feet or sticking to the floor because clearly that dining room has not been mopped in quite some time.
We at home around 10pm.When I could finally make myself something to eat for dinner. Considering we got to sonic around 8:30 and live about 20 minutes away…outrageous.

The place was dirty and smelled something that was rotten outside the door. Inside looks bad too, I was afraid to touch something and get sick. Burger has good size but no flavor at all, and the fries were very oily. It’s definitely a place that I will not get back again

I ordered online. A message said to pull up and let them know I’m there and what number parking spot I was at. There were no numbers and no way to let someone know I was there to pick my order up. I had to go inside to get it. I don’t mind going inside though I thought it was like the other sonic. The girl at the counter was not very friendly. I got my food and left. The food flavor was bland. Not as fresh as I have had at other locations. It may have just been an off day. This won’t turn me off from ordering at this location again.

Was driving by about 8pm and decided to stop for a Cherry Limeade, one of my favorite drinks and we do not have a Sonic at home. There was only one vehicle in front of us but had to wait almost ten minutes just to get my drink. In the meantime I could see three different employees running around but no orders coming out of the window. Inside I watched one of them drop a half filled cup as they went to answer their cell phone. Finally got my drink and headed home. It tasted ok but I have had better. When I got home and opened the cup I found out why….I got a cherry limeade with no cherries or limes in it…what I consider the best part of the drink was missing….this is the first time in maybe a hundred times I have ordered this beverage it has not had cherries and limes in it….while it is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things I stopped just for this item and was greatly disappointed…poor training? uncaring employees? Not sure why but I would not stop there again……

All I ordered was a drink while waiting for my DoorDash pick up to be ready. She put the wrong flavor in my Coke and I asked her to remake it instead of remaking the drink, she dumped half of it out and then just filled the rest with cream.So when she gave it back to me , it tasted like milk could barely taste any coke. She seemed annoyed and indifferent. very poor customer service , I ended up just throwing the drink out because I didn’t want to ask her to remake it again and her do something to my drink. Mind that’s $4 for a drink now wasted.
