Today I was on the phone with my homegirl for over 30 minutes while waiting on our food. Ariana the cashier lady who took the order called everyone’s name but hers. After realizing they were now cleaning up, my friend walked up and asked if her food was ready and Ariana asked her for her name again and turned around to handed her the food that been sitting there? No one could tell her how long the food been sitting there nor when they called her name. Instead of apologizing and fixing it she smiled like it was okay? Asked for her manager and Donnie came with excuses and said he can remake her food for her which took another 15-20 minutes. Ridiculous! almost an hour!
Today however, I placed my order on line and I incorrectly ordered boneless wings. after I paid I realized my mistake and called the store immediately to change my order I was put on hold for over 5 mins, after explaining to the lady my issue she placed me on hold again (assuming to speak to someone else) came back on the line and let me know they could not change the order. I told her I don’t mind paying the difference and she proceeded to tell me “we can’t do that because we have a hard time with our system when we have tried” (so basically they’re incompetent) I told her than why does the web site say if you need to change the order or cancel to call the store? she said she could cancel my order but it would take 5-7 days to get my refund. I said no, and made a comment how this was ridiculous and hung up. My coworker left to pick up our order and once she arrived they let her know my order was not made because I hung up on them. my coworker calls me to get let me know and to decide what i want to do, I said cancel my order…..this location does not deserve my money. when my coworker came back she said the girl was trying to talk to her and said “let me explain to you what actually happened” my coworker said no need i was there when she was calling to make the change. The audacity to try and make an excuse or to not look bad for why my order was not made.
Moral of the story, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION
I will never order from this location again. I would rather go out of my way and drive to the location off belt line and 30 than to deal with this staff. They need to be trained in customer service etiquette and learn how to work the system so they can make changes to orders.
