This was my second time visiting this location, & it did not disappointed. Our waitress Erica & the manager on duty, Brittany, went over & beyond for our table of 5. When we arrived we were quickly seated and our toddler was given a coloring page/menu with crayons, he loved it! The food came out hot and fresh. I’m impressed at the genuine hospitality of Brittany and Erica. The customer service and experience over all was 10/10.

Stopped by Mugshots in Meridian on our way back to NY and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the hamburger steak and Howard’s Philly Sandwich, and everything was seasoned to perfection. The mashed potatoes and gravy tasted homemade, and the fries were spot on. The grilled veggies that came as a side with the hamburger steak were a hit—my boyfriend loved them. Everything hit the spot after a long drive. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in Mississippi again!

Service was really slow, though the restaraunt wasn’t busy with customers. I thought my Southern Burger was just OK. The bun is soft, good… which is a good thing because thats mostly what it was, a bun burger. This place was nothing impressive and I probably wouldn’t just recommend it to people based off my visit.

Our server Oliva who seemed to also be the bartender went above an beyond at our visit today. She was very attentive knowledgeable about the selection of drinks and beer on tap. She had a smile on her face every time we saw her and we have never had a better experience at mugshots in meridian ms as we did today and it’s all thanks to Oliva. Here’s some tips to make your experience more enjoyable:
I’ve found that reading through the menu at least five times, passes just the right amount of time it takes to have your order taken.
Understand, your water/soda will not arrive till after you finish your appetizer, I think it’s tradition or something.
Sides arrive after you’ve finished your main dish, I think that’s what they call “Mug Style”.
The servers are on a rotating 30 second shift with 15 minutes off, interesting choice, I think it was adopted from Europe or something.
The bartender is a lifesaver.
To-go boxes are on the backwall on a table near the kitchen.
Bring a microwave or small camp stove to reheat your food.
The Hostess is the fastest way to get your bill.

If you have a huge appetite and love burgers, this is the place for you. The burgers are huge and there are many creative options. They have an average beer selection and full bar (though my old fashioned was below average). This is a true beer and burger place. Atmosphere is boisterous with sports broadcast on TVs everywhere in sight. Service was okay and food arrived very fast.

This amazing place and their workers. My hubby and I picked up his mother, sister ,and lil nephew, and our brother in law, and some cousins at the airport and all of us was hungry so we all pulled up in here at almost closing time. Close to 10. Haley M, our sever, needs a raise because she did an outstanding job serving all 8 of us. We were the only ones in the building, so she got it poppin. ♀️➡️ She made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone ordered Burgers but me from the Guacamole bacon burger, a pattie melt, a steak burger, 2 bishop burgers a big one and the mini one, and I had the Parmesan garlic, and Honey garlic wing man these were some of the best wing I have ever had Until next year because we will definitely be back
