Brett was wonderful bringing out the order he waited so patiently while I was collecting change, he also asked me about my day. It really made me feel amazing, instead of how other people just stand there and wait for the money. Brett also smelled really good i dont know what he was wearing but he smellet like money. I know it’s a small thing but it really made the difference. Brett truly made my day.

I ended up not getting a few items I had ordered, but after calling and speaking with Antonio, they completely made my day. I ended up getting everything that was missing, and they even offered to throw in a coupon for the following visit. The service was superb, and the team really made it up to me. Will be coming back. Just had a great breakfast encounter at sonic! I told the staff I had a dairy and gluten intolerance and they came out to double check an item for me to make sure my food was safe and gave me nutritional information. My experience at other restaurants in emporia have been much worse resulting in me getting sick. Good food and a compassionate staff…these employees are deserving of generous tips!!

Ordered a 3 PC chicken strip dinner tonite. I mentioned to the car hop tht I was not pleased with the meal and showed him the size of the strips and asked about letting the Manger know and was told not their fault. Literally the 2 pcs was the size of the 1 put together.
