It’s Applebees ♂️. I will say it’s a better one than most I’ve been too. Food was good but came out more room temp than hot.
They only had two servers for the entire place. It was lunch. The server even commented on it and sounded frustrated.
Management needs to take a look at that.
It seemed clean.

There were only two waitresses working, so the drink & food service was slower than normal. While the food was good, I must say I’ve never had a “Margarita on the rocks” served to me in a Coke glass before… the drink was 90% ice and I couldn’t taste any tequila at all. A moderate experience overall, but we won’t be returning for drinks anytime soon.

My wife and I stopped by for a nice sit down lunch. I had the prime rib dipper which was really good. She had the classic burger which was cooked just the way she liked. The atmosphere was great and our waitress was very friendly.

Never have we ate at a worse place. Gave one stars because there are no negative numbers. Yes it’s valentines day, but empty tables and you have to wait 30 min plus to get in. Brought hubby’s wrong meal out. Then no 12 Oz steaks so offered an 8 Oz. Ordered it med well served raw with the same cold fries from the first meal. Then my meal was ordered no Cajun sauce. Came with it though. Then tried the mushrooms and onions, ekk guess what sauce they were covered in. Sat there and waited for utensils forever. Left and never had dinner. Wow! That was terrible. We walk in and all the blinds are down. We were greeted quickly but got sat at a table with a light bulb out so we couldn’t read the menu. Our server has no clue what she’s doing. She left two tables sit for at least 15 mins while she messed around at the bar.Had to send my kids order back 2 times. First time the order was wrong, 2 time the pasta a cold. Not room temp, cold! Then sat there for a half hour while or server messed around at the bar some more. The managers were really working hard, but our server has no place in taking tables.

Walked in and saw a waitress walk up to the podium, who let us know the host would be right with us.
Host walked over a minute later and looked very lost as he tried to navigate the dining room map to find us a place to sit. He walked us over to a table, after which the original waitress we saw walked up, berated him and asked if he had looked at the map, then left. He then walked us over to another table, which was dirty with specks of food left over on the table and the seats. I asked him to clean the table, and he went and grabbed a cloth from the podium and partially wiped off the table. I pointed out that there were still more food specks on the table, after which he then asked us to relocate to another table.
Before we relocated, another waitress walked up expecting to serve us before realizing we were relocating. Upon being seated, we noticed a BO stench that was pretty persistent. Not sure who it came from, but guessing it was from either the host or waitress.
We looked over the menu and decided on drinks and what to order. Food was good quality and was brought out probably within 10 minutes.
We had preemptively ordered dessert as part of our main order, but after finishing our entrees, the dining room host had come by to clean our table and the waitress dropped off our check about 5 minutes after. We asked if she remembered the dessert we had ordered, and it was made clear she hadn’t. She said she would go take another table’s order and then put in our dessert order and tell them to make it quickly.
It had been 13 minutes since she said she would tell them to make it “quickly,” with no touch in since then. It was also a total of over 20 minutes until our check was resolved.
Overall, avoid this place. Poor service makes this not worth the visit in any case.

Took 10 minutes for the waitress to greet us, then another 20 for two waters to be delivered. Appetizers were bland, and entrees were bad. The mac n cheese had no flavor, the chicken strip portion was ridiculous, and the burger was bland. We didn’t even get silverware until it was specifically requested. Safe to say we will probably not be back.

Waited unusually long before being acknowledged at the door, despite only 4 other visible tables upon entering. We were finally sat at a high top in the bar. Bartender came over, did not introduce herself, took our drink orders and order since we looked ahead at what to get. Bartender forgot our drinks. Bartender dropped food off without asking if I wanted a refill or needed anything else. Service is subpar. There is no sense of urgency. My salad plate was not hot but warmer than warm. My salad was warm. I do not recommend this place. It’s a waste of time and money.

Staff was very nice. From what I saw each person only had one table occupied in each section yet took very long time to be seated. After waiting a long time for anyone a waitress from another section came over and helped us. Said they couldn’t find our waiter. Went to the restroom and he was standing there on his phone. The all you can eat was a joke. Ordered shrimp and got the equivalent of a kids meal. Ordered wings when they brought the shrimp. Was almost 30 mins before they came and it was what looked like 5 pieces from the bottom of the bag. Mainly just breading chunks. It was very dark. Like they changed all of the table bulbs to a low watt bulb. The staff that helped us was very nice and left a nice tip for her. Never did get helped from our actual waiter. It was 730 on a Monday. 4 tables booked and one guy at the bar. I counted at least 5 staff. Yet no one was doing anything. Drink from the bar came well after our food arrived. Just 2 hours of not a pleasant dining experience.
