Sonic is always pretty great, and this location was no different. I picked up some tater tots that ended up being perfect, and then I picked up my pup’s first wag-cup, and she loved it. That was certainly the best part of our little Sonic trip, and she had a good time.

Update:
I went back and had my order remade after a few weeks and as soon as I ordered it the manager knew exactly who I was and quickly fixed my order. I have to say what an improvement! It was delicious and perfect! Not only that he came out to my vehicle to explain and apologize. This is how customer service is supposed to work! Big thank you to him for his dedication and care. We will definitely continue eating here.

I went to sonic on Adams. I asked for onion rings with three times extra cheese with barely any chili and this is what I got. I did call up there and they said they would make the order right what baffles me is why couldn’t they do it right in the first place and they did charge me three times for the cheese and once for the chili so I did pay for three times extra cheese it’s ridiculous

This is the second recent time I’ve ordered a sandwich with fries. Both times the fries could not be eaten. They taste greasy like they have not changed the oil. The service was fine. The smash burger was good and is the reason for the two stars but bumme on the fries. Once I understand but it seems to be an ongoing issue. I will not return.

Never leave reviews but this is the second time i’ve gone to the sonic and had the same kind of experience employees are completely incapable of making flavored water which completely blows my mind. I had to go inside and get a seven dollar refund because they made their water incorrect with flavors. Just complete incompetence can’t believe multiple people Under one building can’t make water once again. I wish I could give zero stars, but I just won’t go back.

Slushy had no flavor at first sent it back still a baby pink color for strawberry slush my cherry strawberry was the same way they should all be very red was told they couldn’t mix it they gave me a spoon to mix it myself… didn’t want to give a refund

Second time this week my daughter and I have gotten a Route 44 drink from this location since we are literally walking distance to them. The first visit and today’s visit I asked for extra cherry FRUIT in my Cherry Lime Slush and today’s Cherry Limeade. The Slush had ONE cherry on top. The Cherry Limeade had NO cherries at all even after the carhop gave us straws, took our card AND the drinks back inside. I was hopeful she was making sure I received the EXTRA CHERRY FRUIT in my drink. Not even a half cherry was in my drink. 4 limes and NO cherries. Why did she take our drinks with her back inside and why would the guy that took our order say “No problem for extra cherries.” PLUS SOMEONE WROTE IT ON THE CUP LID. LIKE REALLY?!? Are we being pranked?

Suddenly has a new, weird drive thru setup where they have you pull forward and wait automatically for the food instead of them using the window, with signs leading up to it making it seem like this is the new normal. It made the drive through take longer than the cars that pulled up and parked, since they brought the food and then had to walk back in for the payment to process, going to each car that was there before going back in so they could bring food to multiple cars at a time. Just seemed odd instead of just saying driving thru unavailable, etc.

Took them a moment to respond after the red button was pushed and even forgot our condiments (BBQ sauce in pic belongs to me), but the food and drinks are yummy, so no complaints from this fella!
