Save yourself the trip! I would like to bring to everyone’s attention that the mobile app’s menu offerings for this particular McDonald’s location are inaccurate regarding frappes.
Despite the app indicating availability, this location does not offer frappes.
As a result, I was charged $5.19 for a large frappe but received a large iced coffee priced at $3.49 instead.
To prevent similar experiences, I respectfully request that the app be updated to reflect the accurate menu offerings for this location, consistent with other McDonald’s locations.
Unfortunately, this discrepancy led to frustration and a negative experience.
I advise others to verify menu availability before visiting.

Not the best, but far from the worst, it seems as though the second I walked in, they seemed very annoyed, just by me merely existing in their establishment. I noticed anytime they’d serve another customer food, they tended to be a lot more courteous and friendly, but when serving me, they seemed to have an attitude and would give me weird looks. It took me a while to process the fact that the restaurant was kiosk only somehow even when there were massive signs indicating such, so that resulted in me waiting for 11 minutes at the counter, which is fine, it was a fault on my behalf, right? Well, I thought so as well until I realized they served others who were waiting at the counter for the EXACT reason, right away, without waiting 10 minutes to say something. The inside is modernized, exterior is traditional, and I think that’s the only they they have going for it. I tend to be in this area a lot, being a local photographer, but I will try my best to avoid this location, if I can, although I do have to give them their credit where it’s due, my order did arrive a lot sooner than I expected. Wait was almost non-existent.

I just went through here and got a breakfast sandwich. As soon as I pull the sandwich out of the bag I can see a long hair coming out of the wrapping. I open the sandwich and the hair is completely in the sandwich (see picture). I work in food service and I honestly find it hard to believe that this long hair wasn’t noticed when the sandwich was being put together, or at least when it was being put in the wrap or in the bag (the hair was dark and noticeable). It’s a very disappointing way to start my day. Everyone there seems very nice, but I won’t be back, this is just too lazy for me to trust them to make my food. Especially with everything else going on, food safety should be top of mind.

Normally, I don’t complain, but this used to be one of my favorite locations. I even drive 15–20 minutes just to come here because the food was always fresh. Unfortunately, this is now the fourth time I’ve received old food. It’s obvious when items are just refried and reused, and today was my breaking point.
I usually don’t complain about fast food, but with how expensive it has become, there is no reason customers should be served reheated food that could potentially make them sick. That’s why I’m speaking up today.
My son and I stopped by, and the chicken nuggets we received were clearly old we had to take them back. My fish sandwich was also refried and hard, which is unacceptable. What makes this worse is that there was no line and the restaurant wasn’t busy, so there was no reason not to prepare fresh food.
Customers spend their hard earned money and deserve food that is freshly made to order. Something needs to be done about this, because the quality has dropped dramatically compared to the past.

Took the grandkids expecting a playplace. There was none. Asked for water and was given a cup. No place to get it was where I was directed. Everything was soda. Had to get Iced Tea at the counter, however.

This is the best McDonald’s in the area. Everyone here is so friendly. They’re always smiling. And they always get my order right, made correctly and always listen to the details. I would recommend this McDonald’s over a lot of the other ones in the area.

Waited over 15 minutes with no one else in line—completely unacceptable. Drove past the drive-thru and watched every employee just standing around, looking clueless and doing nothing. This place is a joke. When you staff with people who don’t care, don’t expect decent service—or safe food. Wouldn’t be shocked if they’re the kind who spit in orders out of boredom. Zero effort. Zero standards.

Ordered a burger, fries, a soda and a coffee. The lady at the speaker would cut me off and complete my order every time I said an item. Didn’t ask if there was anything else. Anyways I pay, get my food. Realize I didn’t get my coffee so I go right back in. They tell me “they can’t get the coffee machine to work” and offer me a drink $3 less than the value of the one I was getting. I said no… they couldn’t help me. Wasted 6 bucks and my food was cold at the end.
