This was a one time take out. I asked for a fresh double cheeseburger. I hot a cold dry burger. Cold fries.
I called back once I was home and the manager Lisa was not nice at all. She wanted me to drive all the way back to the Lowell location that I lived 25 minutes away in order to get a refund. I had my receipt. I was not pleased at all

Used to be my usual spot for grub few years back. Customer service needs some work. Fries are sub-par, definitely not fresh. The rest of the food was great . Bright interior with plenty of sitting.

I ordered at the drive thru it took about 22 minutes to get my food which was cold when I got it will never eat here for dinner again the food was horrible plus they gave me an old chicken strip if I have to wait 22 minutes why did my food come out cold

They were short staffed, only two people were working at the time. It was backed up. Had to walk in and wait for my food. Probably won’t go back until they improve. This location use to be the best. Don’t know what happened

Came thru drive thru and could not here the person taking order she barely spoke..drive up to window she has a mask on, barely hears her say good morning…didn’t verify my food, didn’t tell me how much..i handed her my card slams door..she handed me my drinks n card back and slammed the door…few min later handed me my food slammed the door…no have a nice day nothing…very miserable day for that cashier…I also asked for cream and sugar didn’t get for my coffee..customer service needs a lot of work..I’m a regular here and so is my family…when my children notice the rudest of the staff that’s bad…

The one thing I like about Hardee’s is the 5.99 grab bag I think it’s called always get the two hot dogs can you count some fries and a drink you cannot beat that for the price you go anywhere else one hot dog is going to cost you at least $3.50 not including fries and a drink

Ordered a large potato rounds. Drive away, they aren’t hot. Warmish, and a not good. Came back asked for fresh, explained issue. They said they’d make more. They continued to serve the product, I asked if they would check the food condition. They said no. They continued to serve the old hash browns until gone. I them asked for a refund, staying I no longer trusted their food safety if they would not check the product on the serving line. They were not happy, but I remained polite and waited until refunded.

Just ate breakfast at this location Sunday morning, March 24, 2024. Let’s just say we will not be eating breakfast here again, maybe not anything. This place is not up to even par! My wife ordered the Bacan egg and cheese Biscuit, and you can see in the picture that the egg was green, like it was rotten. My wife took a bite and said it tasted funny, so she looked inside, and this was what she found. It is hard to believe that someone wouldn’t see this while making the sandwich! When we tried to show the manager, just to make them aware so they could check their eggs, she acted as though she didn’t want to even look at it or acknowledge we had an issue. It was only after we threw it in the trash and started to leave that she tried to offer an apology. I understand people have yo work, but there is no harm in having pride in your workplace and making a better effort to ensure that you are providing better customer service when that is literally your job. I gave thus review 2 stars because I know people have bad days, and there are times when negative things happen, but the lack of effort was disappointing.

I was on my way to work when I decided to stop by Hardee’s because I saw a sign That said cinnamon and raisin biscuits are back. I haven’t been to Hardee’s since around 2002. The biscuits were one of my favorite items. I ordered a Chicken egg combo. What I can say is I like the fact that the egg was actually thick. Some restaurants eggs are just a thin layer. The chicken Patty was seasoned and crispy. I didn’t care for the biscuit because it seemed kind of dry. Unfortunately I was completely let down when it came to the cinnamon raising biscuit. The biscuit was very hard and cold and I managed to only eat two bites. It’s not the same that I remember from back in the day. It’ll probably be another couple decades before I return again.
