I ordered a meal in-store around 11:00 PM. The food itself was cooked perfectly, so I want to give credit where it’s due.
However, the customer service completely ruined the experience. The female employee with her hair in a bun was very rude and monotone from the start. I tried to be friendly, but was met with attitude. When I asked if I could eat my meal inside, I received a rude response that made me feel unwelcome.
While I was eating, she began cleaning in a way that felt unnecessarily aggressive — shoving chairs across the floor, banging the broom, moving tables loudly. It was extremely uncomfortable, like trying to eat while someone was stomping around in frustration. The atmosphere felt tense and hostile.
I was so uncomfortable that instead of ordering again inside for my mom, I went through the drive-thru to get her meal to go.
Great food, but the in-store experience was unpleasant enough that I won’t be eating inside again.

I never leave reviews for fast food chains but I feel like it’s needed here. Everyone should know that this was the best experience that I’ve ever had at a Cane’s, and nearly the best fast food experience in general. The store was clean, received a friendly greeting upon entry, the food was fast and absolutely delicious and delivered to us at our table. I also love that they are open late because we are night shifters and have a hard time finding more than bottom of the barrel if we run out of food to make at home or haven’t been to the store. 10/10!

Every time I come to Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers at 5212 Dixie Hwy in Louisville, it’s an amazing experience from the moment I walk in. As soon as the door opens, you can feel the welcoming, vibrant energy, especially from Ms. Lou, who truly makes this location stand out.
The entire team is incredibly attentive, always smiling, and super fast with service. The restaurant is consistently very clean, which makes the experience even better.
If you’re stopping by Raising Cane’s, this is hands down the best location in Louisville, Kentucky. Once you visit, you’ll know exactly who Ms. Lou is Highly recommended!

This was my very first time at this location and honestly I don’t think I want to go back. The staff were very rude and to the guy in the pink shirt that tried to get rude with me. You really need to work on your customer service because you are not good at it at all. Also to the door dash guy that was in front of me asking the guy in said pink shirt for help on what to do. You deserve a better attitude than that guy was giving.

Late night is as fresh as beginning of day opening food if not fresher. Let’s say the manger was on point! SO was THE staff very clean, very friendly, hot, AND fresh food. Couldn’t ask for more 10 out OF 5 stars..

Atmosphere- this is older store. No decorations. No themes. Plain and boring inside.

was just here on january 31 at 1 pm and the workers at the front are so amazing. super nice and have amazing energy and customer service. the food was amazing and super hot. 10/10 service and food.

The staff was nice. It was lunch rush so they asked me to pull forward to the front door. They were bringing out my lunches within in minutes and the lady that brought them out was the sweetest and told me to have a great day.

I am a shameless Raising Cane’s fan. But this place, was great. The food was fast and fresh. The chicken perfectly cooked. Hot fries, cold slaw. I really appreciated the toasted bread. It was warm, buttery and crispy.

Son wanted to come here, he’s eaten at one before and thinks it’s great so he wanted me and his sister to eat here. Chicken strips and fries are good but nothing special in my opinion. They do have good Texas toast and sweet tea. The lemonade was weak and watered down. The cane’s sauce is good but I don’t want to drink a glass of it or take a bath in it I think the Ice -T pictures and cut outs literally plastered all over the inside and outside of the building is a bit excessive
