So I’ve been avoiding this location for the past year because the last few times I’ve been there I’ve had horrible experiences. I decided to give them another try today, And sure enough maybe the worst experience yet!!! For starters the middle aged woman that takes orders and runs window #1 is beyond rude!!! As far as the food, I’m not sure if they pulled my hamburger out of the trash can or out of their burnt container where they throw all of the overcooked cheeseburgers (waste), But this is literally the most burnt cheeseburger that I’ve ever seen from a fast food place… It’s literally crunchy! This is after we were told to pull up because they were waiting on hot fries! Turns out they were lying trying to speed up their drive-thru times because the fries weren’t even lukewarm when we got them! Not only that but we got a large fry to split and it was barely 1/2 full!?? Ive seen numerous comments on that in the reviews btw for portions! I understand that hiring teenagers is necessary for these businesses but someone has to babysit them!? Apparently no one at this location is doing that because it’s full of teenagers and no one gives a shit about the food or the atmosphere or the environment!!! I would avoid this location as if it were the plague! As a former GM myself at Raising Canes id say it absolutely starts at the top here, and reading through the reviews on here, its been going on for far too long! Disgusting! Shame! Shame! Shame!

I ordered 10 pc chicken nuggets and a medium fry a large sprite and a shamrock Oreo flurry. I waited 19 minutes then went up and asked when I clearly put it as dine in, before all that there was a lady that kept on coming back in because they kept messing up her order and then the one guy who was rushing out The food to the cars went past like five times, but we went up and asked if my food was ready and said apparently it went out to one of the cars. And before any of that happened, one of the workers stormed out yelling the F bomb because something that happened in the back and while all that was happening, there was three people going through an interview with the manager, so I give this place one out of five stars and probably will never go back there.

Great atmosphere. Amazing and respectful employees. Great fresh food. 1 issue pointed out is asking for fresh not salt fries. They Re-drop the fries. I’m not dumb and know what they did. No “fresh fries” are going to be that dark and I know because I used to work at 2 different McDonald’s. Other than that mishap everything was great

Very friendly young lady at the drive through window (sarcasm). She never said a word to me when she handed me my order, when I was very friendly to her and told her thank you. I guess I need to start treating staff the way I’m treated.

I have gotten food from here and it’s rarely correct. I just door cashed my some a big Mac meal, and they screwed up the drink and forgot the fries. I called the manager and he said it’s a door dash problem. The bag was sealed. Itis not door dash it’s this location.

They don’t know how there own menu works, never listen to what you order so you have to say it twice, get the wrong items and they just say “oh it doesn’t come with that” BUT IT DOES. Go to the app and look that it does! Terrible service and the manager is to busy doing the cooks job then helping customers with problems their employees created. Problem was never solved

I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and the bun had mold all over it… I called the store to let them know so that they didn’t serve them to anyone else (if any other pieces were moldy like mine) and they didn’t even offer to correct their mistake… I understand that things happen as I’m not one to make complaints but I was more worried that someone wouldn’t see the mold and eat it. Please check your food just to be sure it’s safe to eat!

I only go to this McDonald’s when I come into town to visit and every time I’ve been there it takes forever orders get mixed up and the employees are not very attentive. My latest frustration is the breakfast. I just picked up where I used my rewards to get a medium caramel frappe and I asked to add a shot of espresso so my frappe was free to suffer the $.75 shot of espresso, that did not get added to my drink maybe it’s petty, but I was really looking forward to that delicious taste of espresso in my frappe and once again they have flubbed the order up. When you go to this McDonald’s, just make sure that you’re not in a hurry and you thoroughly check your food before you leave and taste or drinks.

All the employees are rude as hell and will literally look at you as yoir waiting for service and walk the other way!! When they finally decide to help, you are an inconvenience and how dare you bother them!! (How they make you feel)! Ill drive 20 minutes out of my way from now on!! All this is because the managment is nonexistent!!
