Utensils were dirty, the floor was filthy with food all over it, and the coffee cups smelled like eggs. My family and I gave the place the benefit of the doubt, which turned out to be a mistake. Unfortunately, the food made all of us sick — which honestly wasn’t surprising given the unsanitary conditions we experienced. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand because I later saw that other customers mentioned the exact same issues and even posted pictures. Very disappointing experience.

My service didnt seem interested to be serving. Asking for something almost felt like a burden. His attitude didn’t represent someone interested in serving customers. 2nd time here, first time was better.

There wasn’t any soap in the soap dispense in the womens bathroom. I reported it to the front desk. I told them I had already ordered my good amd would be leaving. This tells me these servers are not washing their hands. I left my eye shades behind and an employee told me there was soap in the bathroom. This foul and disgusting. Yuck.

I had a very good experience there. There wasn’t very many people when I showed up. So business is slow during the day. But my food was great and the lady that helped me was wonderful. I even decided to pay for Two senior citizens dinners.

The staff at this IHOP was fabulous! Prompt and quick, ordering and hot food was at my table fast. Maria (my server) was very friendly and polite. Would return if I travel to the area again. 5 stars!

Great service but it appears cooks struggle to read orders correctly. It’s on the receipt, READ and prepare the to go order as it’s written. The host/waiter was very pleasant about it but I had to wait additional time for them to redo. That’s not fair to me as a customer to wait additional time because COOKs CANNOT READ!

The service is always very good here. Yes it does pay to advertise. All week IHOP running those commercials with their yummy pancakes. I love the blueberry pancakes and served up with the best coffee. The photo below will have you wanting to go too. Everyone needs a pancake.

Table seemed like they were wiped with the same dirty rag that was wiping tables all day, leaving cup stains, and little hairs asked to move my seat twice. Sad part is when it first open it was amazing.
