To edit this! They never contacted me back when they asked to contact!!! This was our first time. This was so disappointing. The cost was very high so we expected great quality food! Well once we picked up and got home we realized that they gave us plain green beans (no bacon) instead of what we ordered, baked beans. Amd the time and gas $ to go back would be annoying for just a side of baked beans. And then the sliced beef brisket was very slim and lots of hard tiny burnt pieces . We did a family meal of two meat options thinking it would be half and half but we hardly got any beef brisket. The flavor was good but hassle pulling off all the access fat was not. Sad and feel like I wasted a lot of money.

Food is great. Staff is a little inexperienced, so I bet after a year or so this location will be moving a lot more efficiently. Prices are decent, especially good for barbecue. Ribs are probably the best meat on the menu, but nothing was bad. Sides were standard but well prepared. Layout is a little strange and the location is difficult to get in and out of because of Baldwin.
Recommended.

Ordered $80 worth of food for 4 people and 1 child. Placed an online order for pickup. Got home and received ribs instead of burnt ends. As you can see in the picture, the ribs were like beef jerky. Was missing most of our sauces that we ordered and paid extra for. I called the store to tell them and the gen Z employee told me I could bring it back in and swap it out for the correct food. With a 2 day old baby at home and 7 o’clock at night, this was not an option. If you mess up an order, you offer to bring the correct food to the customer free of charge. I used to work at a restaurant and this never crossed my mind. Why would you make your mistake more inconvenient for the customer? This shouldn’t even be a question. This is the second time in a row this store has messed up. Not impressed.

Nice decor, plenty of seating, efficient counter service, and very good prices.
I had the 3 meat dinner….ribs, brisket, and pulled pork which included 2 sides and a roll or corn muffin….You can also choose chicken or turkey sausage/ kielbasa as a meat choice.
Several sides choices also…I had the baked potato casserole, and creamed spinach, both were very good..And dessert selections too..the Pecan pie was super delicious..
Get the yellow Dickeys cup for your beverage choice, and whenever you stop in your refills are free in future visits.
The meats were really good..didnt dry you out from the smoky taste like some rib joints..just really good, moist, and flavorful.
I will return.

Food is nice still but holy crap the amount of meat we got is like a joke. This is our 3rd order in this branch and this meal just made me post this sad dinner. Our first 2 orders from before were decent portions and now it feels like I’m being forced on a diet! Attached is a pic of a 2 meat platter lmao this sucks and will probably be our last order. Buyers beware or I mean if you’re on a diet then that’s good lol!

Love this BBQ place we ordered pulled pork with chicken breast/turkey it was so good, the portions just about right for an adult size. I love how their food made out so fresh and tenered and not dried. Would highly definitely recommend to my friends and other peoples.

So I have been to 3 different locations and I’m always happy with the food and this location in particular as far as the food was wonderful but I’m a stickler about being clean and customer service. The service was on point but the cleanliness marks it way down. The kitchen was not well managed and the dining room was a complete disaster and I left with my boots sticking to the floor. Come on guys and pick up the slack because I usually love this place

We had a grand opening event at our Dental Office and hired Dickey’s to cater. They did an amazing job. Steve and Tina were awesome and so helpful and attentive. The food was amazing. We were very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend!!! Dr. K Family Dentistry-Hudsonville, MI

The atmosphere is a little hard to judge with tables all stacked up and carry out only available. So atmosphere will not be part of rating.
I ordered the e meat plate with pulled pork, turkey, cheddar jalapeno kielbasa, barbecue beans, and baked potato casserole. The pulled pork was very good, just a tad dry. The turkey and kielbasa were excellent. The beans were good, but nothing special, they need something. The baked potato casserole was ehh, very forgettable. I got the sweet BBQ sauce, while very thin it was excellent. Much much better than most places. Lastly the roll that came with it was also excellent. Also the portion sizes were gererous. I was with my Aunt and she got the chicken slider and brisket slider. She stated they were both generously sized and amazingly good, especially with the sweet BBQ sauce. She also got waffle fries and they were good also.
The service was slammed, but the 2 guys working took it in stride and were very polite and upbeat.
Overall a 4 star review. Sides need improvement, but nothing is bad. Would I return? Happily!
