Best lunch spot in Aruba. Views from the tables at the end of the pier are amazing, and the fish is fantastic. Get the red snapper or mahi mahi blackened with polenta. Tasty, juicy, crispy, tender, fresh fish with delicious toppings. I’m very happy the food is as good as the vibe because that’s very hard to find. I don’t think there’s anything like eating a proper fish in a beautiful spot

We truly enjoyed our dinner at the Pelican Nest and did not regret we chose the place for a special occasion. We booked our table via OpenTable and we got a table by the water although the best tables had been booked via a different platform and when I asked to be seated at one of those better in my opinion tables, my request was kindly refused, which did not spoil our overall experience. The drinks were good, the food was good, everything was overall lovely.

Located at the end of Pelican Pier, which juts out about 100 yards from the beach, this restaurant offers great views of the shoreline, and the surrounding waters. The menu is fairly standard for this type of venue, and the food is good. Also, the service is attentive and very friendly. But what makes this restaurant special is it’s atmosphere, it has that great combination of relaxed beach vibe and superb beach/water views that many places claim but few deliver.
If you’re coming from one of the nearby hotels it’s just a short walk along the beach. If you’re driving to the restaurant you’ll have to find a place to park and then take a beach access path (or walk through a nearby hotel) to reach it. Any way you come it’s definitely worth the trip.

Beautiful evening in Aruba. Dinner, atmosphere, scenery, and customer service was amazing. We went there twice during our stay. Does not disappoint. If you have a special occasion you are celebrating make sure to list that on your reservation along with ocean view. Love this place!

Pelican Pier in Aruba is an absolute must-visit and easily one of the most memorable dining experiences on the island. Sitting at the very end of the pier with crystal-clear turquoise water below and nonstop ocean breezes, the setting alone is unbeatable, especially at sunset. The seafood was incredibly fresh and flavorful, from perfectly prepared fish to delicious appetizers that captured true island flavor. What truly elevated the experience, though, was our waiter Dubar, who was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel like valued guests from start to finish. Between the stunning views, relaxed island atmosphere, excellent food, and top-tier service, Pelican Pier delivers the perfect Aruba dining experience and is a place we would happily return to again and again.

The food was alright. The view is amazing. It’s located on the dock so you can see the whole beach. You also can see the fish at night under the dock because of the light. It is hard to find parking, however if you are lucky you can find some spots beside the Holiday Inns hotel. We ordered a seafood platter and a tuna tataki plus 2 drinks for about $150 USD.

A short walk from the Hyatt, love the location and interior of this restaurant. Make sure to sit in the side that sees the sunset. Great sunset views. Nice and breezy in the main dining room. Fried Calamari was good. Entrees did take awhile so be patient. We did enjoy the Black grouper and red snapper. My daughters loved the Mother Earth bowls.
