Mikya and Anese( I hope I’m spelling them right, I got the names from the lovely GM) were absolutely incredible on my trip today. Mikya greeted me warmly, helped me with options and took my order and Anese kept the lobby clean and lifted each chair when she fixed them instead of sliding them. The food was also fantastic.

I have experienced rudeness multiple times at these location. Laughing in my face because they didn’t put the correct thing on my bag and I had to fight traffic to turn around and go all of the way back. And it was 3 different employees laughing. Today ( new years eve), I told the young latin girl working the drive through windows thank you, to have a nice day and a happy new year. She proceeded to stare at me like she could kill me until I looked away and drove off. I don’t pay out good money to companies who employ unmotivated, attitude giving children. I have experienced this type of behavior at many fast food restaurants. They need to increase their wages to hire capable people who actually want to work and serve the public with respect and kindness. As consumers we need to invest in companies that have some decent standards and financially starve the rest. Just stop buying from them. And don’t even return when they change because they never had a culture of good customer service from the beginning.

I haven’t had Wendy’s in a while but I was craving a baconator. Now the person at the drive through forgot my fries and drink, had to go back, she couldn’t remember so I had to buy another one, still the food hit the spot. Made up for the service.

I’m a pretty picky eater BUT I must say I was blown away by the service of the team here. The manager (so it seems she was) was helping gather the food she paused there to come.take our order, she was patient and very kind. The Chicken sandwich and fries were nice and hot. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because just I walked in there was the “Wendys smell” it’s loke a mixture of trying to clean and the smell of food. Overall GREAT WORK from this team!

I stopped to pick up my food at the drive-through. Nobody, including whoever seems to be the manager was wearing gloves. They handled the money, the package, the food and some of the staff was cleaning. I had to drive away before I got my food.

They ALWAYS get my order wrong on uber eats. people are paying freaking money for your food, give them what they paid for! I ordered a 6 peice nugget AND GOT A 4 PEICE. STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES MONEY. Will never be ordering from this location again. Litterally stealing my money and ripping me off. Nobody has time to play these freaking games in this economy where everything is so expensive. So disrespectful and selfish.

I had a delivery to me and the manager was condescending and nasty. He was saying to me I couldn’t pick up an order if I didn’t have a car. Then after waiting for two orders he told me somebody picked up one order already. I was in disbelief and even the customer said she paid for it and had not picking up the order herself which made it seem like he was lying even though I needed to speak with him knowing I wasn’t in a car and all that was available was the drive thru window. I don’t appreciate it I’m trying to deliver to others

We flew into Fort Lauderdale and arrived very late. It was great this Wendy’s was still open at 130a. Service was quick and food was ready to go quickly. The lady at the drive through was very nice and courteous.
