At the Ouray Brewery, we’re happy to be a small part of each visitor’s experience, providing great beers, great food and rooftop views from our restaurant that are unparalleled. Unfortunately, as much as we like pets, the Ouray Brewery is not pet friendly due to the multi level nature of our building and State Health Department codes. We do welcome Service Animals specifically trained to aid individuals with disabilities.

To quote my daughter “this is the best buger I have had in a long time”.
The restaurant was full when we arrived for lunch but Aaron was able to get our family of 4 seated in less than 10 minutes. 100% worth the short wait. We had the Green Chili Burger, Cluck Norris, Tuna Melt and Mountain Goat Burger (special). All the food was awesome. The Rye Pale was fantastic (favorite) and the IPA was well balanced and delicious. Indoor seating was comfortable and not overly crowded. Can’t wait to come back to swing in the bar seats and check out the roof during the summer.

Stopped here on the way up to the Million Dollar Highway and couldn’t have picked a better lunch spot! Be sure to head upstairs to the rooftop patio — it’s the perfect place to take in the views of Ouray’s main street and the stunning mountain waterfalls. We enjoyed a delicious burger and fries, but the menu has plenty of other local favorites to try. If you’re visiting beautiful Ouray, definitely stop by and support this great local business. Can’t wait to come back!

I got the fig jam burger which was their monthly burger and my girl got the Lone star burger and the food was killer. Fries were super crunchy just how we all like em’ and I got the Honey Crisp cider and it was a phenomenal compliment to the flavor profile of their burger of the month. Wow, what an amazing experience at Ouray Brewery! We snagged a spot on the rooftop, and let me tell you, the views were absolutely stunning, perfect for soaking in the mountain vibe. The atmosphere was so chill and lively, it just made the whole evening. I ordered the Lone Star Burger, and it was cooked to perfection, juicy and packed with flavor. The fries? Crispy, golden, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while. Everything came together for such a memorable night. Can’t wait to come back!

This is place has my favorite burger by far in the country. A goat cheese “cheese curd” topped burger. Not to mention the good home brewed beer, 3 stories of seating, and breathtaking views. Surrounded by so much history and adventurous activities, and amongst a handful of gift and oddities shops, you will have a great time here.

This place was great! I had the tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. Good comfort food on a chilly day. Others at the table tried the meat pies and loved them, especially the mango sauce. Friendly, attentive staff and a really enjoyable experience overall. Definitely worth a visit. What can waiting for…go try the food and brews.

For a rooftop brewery this spot was one of the best in Ouray Colorado. I had the smoked salmon BLT sandwich and fries. It was very well put together. My wife had the Thai salad that was artisan and very good. The they were both $17.00 I found the found the price to be exceptable for a turist location.
For 3 adults and one child our bill was $87.48 with tax.
