Very busy, some tables available for eat in. It’s a mess! Waiting very long time and they miss arranged the orders. They need more service people for a better service. I will visit this place again to see the improvement.

We call the store to asked if there is dinning in and they said yes, so we drove all the way from Queens which took us 2 hours to get here. When we arrive, they locked door right in front of us and refuses to let any customers get in. We have more than 5 different groups of customers waiting outside for more than 5 mins and no body come outside to explain to us what is going on at all. My kids were very hungry and couldn’t understand why the restaurant wouldn’t serve us. This gave me really bad image of the DQ. All this happen at 5:30 pm during business hours. There is no way to lock the customer out and without giving any explanation! It’a disrespectful to the customers and it show total lack of training and customer service!

Ordered 2, 6 piece chicken strip baskets. I guess Theyre on austerity, I Got about 16 French fries between 2 baskets to feed 2 hungry boys. This is the first time this happened but it was pathetic. Really, can I get done fries with that?! $25 order smh

Place was disgusting and service slower than molasses. It wasn’t busy either. Only 2 customers inside and maybe another 2 in drive thru. Floor was sticky, tables were dirty and there was debris everywhere. Soda machines were disgusting also.

Horrible experience here I spent 30 min waiting for four small blizzards. The majority of the time all I heard was the employees complaining. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION

The blizzards flavors taste very great but they were melted. Wasn’t impressed with the burgers (had like 6 pickles on it and all of the food was cold), chili cheese dogs taste like 7 eleven hot dogs with the works. The fries were nice and crunchy, onion rings were onion rings, the cheesy curds were good. We had an online order but because the dinning area was closed earlier then advertised time, we had to wait on the long line in the drive-thru. Our food was cold. Dinning area online says close at 11pm but, when we arrived 10:30pm doors were locked dinning area nice and clean looking. We asked what time they close dinning area, the young lady at the window said they close 10pm every night. Maybe look into updating online times for all DQs if this is the case. If we feel like the drive again, I would come back to try different flavored blizzard but maybe not online order because everything was cold and melted and the kicker is, I picked up my order no delivery service to blame.

I was excited to finally have a DQ close to home; but the novelty had worn off. The lunch deal value is worthy of a visit; but pricing for the regular menu items could be better. I don’t appreciate paying $10 for a burger meal and then be told I’d be charged if I wanted an additional sauce. Not bad – not good either.

How the mighty have fallen. Simple orders screwed up with nobody else in store. Overextended wait time with at least ten people working. A couple of nice kids working and trying; but couldn’t save the experience. It’s unfortunate… this place used to be busy and not bad; but went from not bad to worse – its not good. They’re even charging for a cup now if you want water (which I’m pretty sure is illegal). Regardless, if I’m spending $40 – you can give 15 cents worth of cups out to keep customers happy. Ridiculous.
