Drove half an hour coming from Maple Ridge to grab a quick bite before our movie. We were the only two customers at the time, and the gentleman working front counter provided the best service. Only waited a few minutes for the food and it was fresh. Would come again next time!

I recently visited Boardwalk in Abbotsford, and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I tried their Sriracha Beef Burger, and without exaggeration, it’s easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.
The patty was incredibly juicy and full of flavour — you can tell they use high-quality beef. The sriracha added a perfect level of heat, giving the burger a bold, rich kick without overwhelming the taste. Every bite had the right balance of spice, freshness, and savoury flavour. The toppings were crisp and fresh, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the bun was soft yet held everything together beautifully.
Beyond the food, the customer service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The restaurant itself was clean, bright, and had a comfortable, modern atmosphere that made the dining experience even better.
Overall, Boardwalk Abbotsford truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a place with great service and genuinely delicious food, especially burgers, this spot is a must-visit. Good meal, and simular pricing to other fast food , but, the food is aways made fresh. I have never had a semi-cold fries or onion rings. I will be coming here more often. Also friendly and good service . They also have seasonal milkshakes, I didnt get them this time but I have had them in the past and they are great

Visited Boardwalk Burgers Abbotsford for the first time Dec. 31, 2025. Clean restaurant. Excellent Service. Decent food. Burgers were excellent – fresh ingredients and generous portions. Fries however (what they are supposedly famous for) were undercooked and soft, though had decent flavour. (I’d suggest asking for extra crispy as they cook to order). Fountain pop needed to have the syrup changed as it was weak in flavour.
We had a 2-for-1 combo coupon which saved us $20. It was decent food and great service, but I am not sure I would have been happy with my meal had I spent $40+ on two fast food burger combos.

If you are looking for Halal Restaurants or Halal Beef-Bacon Burgers, this is where you should be visiting.
Definitely good service by the team, helped in choosing the right burgers and meal.
I say their Mushroom Swiss Burger & Hawaiian Burger is the most delicious thing

So far, i have never encountered bad experience. Sevice and atmosphere are good. From my last visit, my husband and i had a chance to meet the owner. Very friendly guy.
In terms of the food, from my last visit, first time i ordered salad and chicken. Very disappointed because of small portion.
I want to give one constructive suggestion. It would be good if they add more portion especially their signature fries and vege/salad.
Even though i’m a BC resident, but i travel a lot to Alberta. I’ve been to many Boardwalk stores in Edmonton and Calgary and their standard/portion are the same and very generous. The full portion of the signature fries you get in Abbotsford is equivalent to only half portion in Alberta branch.
Maybe the management/the owner should go to Alberta to see their big portion and try their menu.
I’ll definitely come again all the way from Vancouver because this is the only halal Boardwalk in BC i could get.

Our family went through the drive thru tonight and ordered 4 meals for over $65. It took 12 minutes to receive our order with no apology and when we went to eat our meals we found the most disgusting crispy fried / grilled chicken burgers. The lettuce looked rotten and the tomatoes were mush. The chicken burgers were soggy and the buns squished. Absolutely disgusting!

Amazing food delicious original big patty burgers authentic taste. Pay a few bucks more and get a proper meal why not you deserve it. Why eat another fast food junk out there and also it’s Halal. They have a deal for each day different burger you will never get bored. Kuldeep the owner is so caring gives you amazing coupons for next time. I’ll definitely be coming here more often.
