We enjoyed the atmosphere of this place, it gives a fancy impression. The food itself was pretty good but not 5 star worthy. Except for the dessert! We were not a needy table so it was surprising when our server would forget to put in a dessert that’s part of the meal course or not refill our drinks until we asked. It took longer to get the food than we expected. The dining room was not full and they did not mention being short staffed. Unless the kitchen was short staffed.

This restaurant has a beautiful, upscale decor inspired by an Italian palace. The atmosphere is calm, and the dining room is spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent, and the white sangria was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was fantastic—friendly and always smiling.
However, two things stood out negatively: the kitchen staff was shouting at each other, which was a bit disruptive, and the hostess seemed uninterested and not very welcoming. Aside from that, everything else was great. Definitely a good choice for an intimate dinner!

Misty was our waitress. She was very efficient. We needed for nothing. We sneaked outside after our appetizer to smoke, and she brought our food outside. It was a gorgeous 73 degrees today, so it made our mother/daughter date even more special. Everything was excellent except my side of pasta in place of vegetables. I wish it had the Marsala gravy on it. But, nothing that I wouldn’t come again. Apparent LGBQ acceptance. Good overall experience.

We had reservations for Brio in liberty Center.
It was our anniversary and we were really looking forward to a nice dinner out.
We arrived early and told the host we would go to the bar and have a drink. He said I will clear a table and let you know when it is ready.
We spent $40 on 2 drinks At the bar, then went and sat down.
We were there 29 minutes and still no server came. The tables to other side of us each other a server that came by at at least 10 times but never stopped at our table. We finally gave up And when we went to leave, we told the host we were leaving because nobody waited on us. No apology, No, let me get a general manager.
We decided to go down the road to bravo at union center.
We were unimpressed when the host there had a black hoodie sparkly gang looking sweatshirt on.
But our waitress came within 28 seconds not 28 minutes, And she was The saving grace. Her name was Makayla. She was very polite and attentive.
Our food wasn’t the greatest, But her serving was. What I think was, the manager came and talked to us. He was trying his best and When we told him about our experience, offered us cheesecake.
There was no music that you could hear in the restaurant, but when I went to the restroom, there were some sort of rap music playing. Not The greatest ambience

Party of 13. Service was great for our group size. Great job with refills. The bar was slow we waited almost a half hour for 4 drinks. Food was delicious. A few couples split an entree and they kitchen split their plates for them.
