Wow!! Im loving it !!! went to the McDonald’s in woodridge on 75th was greeted well and great customer service they have a employee antonio wow!! For this man to be so young , and new I thought he was the owner. handing everything in service making sure all order are giving out accordingly and that every is in the bags customer order wow !!! Had to commend him and tell the manager about him. What a great employee talking about service. This man went over and beyond. Making sure everything is perfect and that everybody is satisfied now i n day hard to find . That’s good customer service. Thank you, McDonald’s for having such good employees well Trained and Organized knowledgeable in their service. And the manager Gigi. She went over and beyond to listening to what I had to say about San Antonio. And listening to how this young man runs that front counter talking about professionalism , this young man went over andbeyond. Like if he was the owner for his age, he has a beautiful future. And this McDonald’s is like top-notch. Everything is very well done. Great food , Excellent customer service over and beyond, but the best thing I like about this place is their food is always hot and I love that. The food is not cold, everything is like freshly made first class. If you want to eat in a McDonald’s, that gives you nothing, but great service and great food this is the place to eat everyday. They spoil you. I just love this place. I’ve been coming here for a while. But my son worked there for a few weeks training, I started getting to know the people personally and believe me they are all wonderful. This place, I give it more than 5 stars. I give a 10 . ambience is good. The people are good. The food is excellent, loving it. Thank you so much, McDonald’s for having such good employees. And such a great store.Thank you so much

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. I waited over 15 minutes for a simple order, which is already unacceptable for fast food. When I asked for mayo a standard condiment they clearly carry I was told they didn’t have any. The response felt dishonest and dismissive.
When I requested a refund due to the delay and poor service, the manager was rude, unprofessional, and showed no effort to resolve the situation. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable with how I was treated.
This location seriously needs better management, accountability, and customer service training. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone expecting basic courtesy or efficiency.

Had to wait 10min for this Carmel Frappe since there was a problem with the machine. And gotta say, 10min waiting gave me a bunch of ice at the bottom. Worst Carmel Frappe I’ve had.

Dasi the manager needs to go to customer service class at McDonald’s University.
I bought 2 hot chocolate and 1 coffee. All of it tasted like warm semi sweet water. No chocolate no coffee flavor. Called up to McDonald’s as soon as I was off the eway from driving to church. Dasi says okay I will refund the drinks.
Never says bring the cups back just says come after church. I come I bring 2 of the cups with me the one hot chocolate was for a child. Not only was I not told to bring back the the cups I did on my own. A child will not hold on to something nasty they throw it away and keep it move.
Now I arrive at the location. A young lady walks up with an attitude we will call her the red haead meno of Dasi she has attitude because I called Dasi Staci because her English is not well as well all she kept repeating was with an i.
She claims Dasi never said that I said go get Dasi oddly enough Dasi is standing there not speaking English but laughing speaking in Spanish with her red head meno.
Then a familiar face walks by again my family and I visit McDonald’s 4x-5x with in 7days for little things a drink, fries, whatever.
So I tell her what happened she says I understand but they are the manager. I can’t help you.
Red head meno refused to give her name until I stated I’m going to corporate.
I asked for the number she rolled her eyes and her head and said look it up on your own.
You wonder why business is going down .
This is the face of your company. People who don’t speak English, who have not customer service and rude.
Nasty nasty
then to put insult on injury I called the other location of a McDonald’s on Boughton Road just to see if they were owned by the same owner and they are I called and I asked for the regional manager or the corporate number and they gladly gave me the corporate number that’s how dissatisfying and disgusting the manager ship and customer service is at the Woodridge location

We had a birthday party. We are all adults and still have SO MUCH FUN!!! Amazing party coordinator, Lily was very helpful!!! Also the female manager was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived an hour early to set up and to get the details organized. They were helpful, and they have accommodated our needs!!! We also get to play on the play place! it was super clean and very new and fun.
The pricing for the party is SUPER reasonable!!!
The party favors, the happy meals, the cake everything is great!!! We got the birthday hats and thank you card note from McDonald’s official online template
One thing we would change is the cake quality(a bit dry)

I was there a few days ago. First time I had a bad meal there. Fries were cold and hard. My quarter pounder with cheese was cold. The bun was cold and hard. The chocolate shake had a chemical taste to it. The staff is sweet but unfortunately they really shouldn’t be making food. Worst experience ever. I didn’t want to go back. I just went to another place to get food. I was highly disappointed.

Constantly messing up here. I’ve had a time when I was ignored for so long inside that I left without items I had paid for already (ordered for pickup) without even eye contact from the staff. I am currently fighting to get a refund on a delivery order. I ordered 2 breakfast meals and I got a delivery of hash browns and half filled cokes with no straws. I would not have accepted it if I knew that much of the order was missing. So then it’s 30 mins on the phone with customer support. No offer to deliver the correct order and I am being fought on a full refund.
I think anyone would be crazy to pay $24 for 2 cokes with no straws and hash browns.
Be wary.

4 stars because the play area can use some dusting/cleaning. Even the chairs at the kids area visibly are soiled from food stains/etc. You can visibly see dust/hairs on the stairs ,walls of the play areas. Good thing I brought extra socks with grippers so I don’t have to deal with dirt as well as extra pants. This is a extra ,Good option when if visited most indoor playgrounds and just want to go for a quick but inexpensive visit.
