Parked, walked in, party of 3, no wait. Were immediately sat at a booth. Server was very friendly. Didn’t have to wait too long to get our orders. Food was great! Beverages were good (basic fountain drinks). Overall, the establishment was fairly clean, except for the bathroom. I didn’t have to go, but 1 in my party did… She went to the bathroom and then came back and said she’d “hold it” until we get to our next destination because she didn’t feel comfortable using their restroom.

Brittany G. at Perkins always provides a great experience when we come in. She is friendly, attentive, and delivers excellent service every time. During our most recent visit, I especially appreciated that she took the time to let our table know about the “Give Kids the World” campaign—it was thoughtful and showed that she cares about more than just taking orders. We eat here often, and it’s always a pleasure when we’re assigned to Brittany G.’s table. She consistently makes the experience welcoming and enjoyable.

Ordered two items online.
Both are missing over half of the items that are supposed to be included.
Missing that is supposed to be included from item #1: powdered sugar, raspberry drizzle, fruit, side of syrup.
And I added a tip to my order on top of it.
An absolute waste of $32.65.
Doesn’t matter what anyone orders off the menu, because the only thing Perkins delivers is regret.
Typical American business where everyone is too busy staring at TikTok on their phones instead of doing the job they are being paid to do.
And now I’m sure there will be the equally typical American worthless corporate response that will neither refund my time or money wasted.

I eat here often. The service is quick and friendly. All the staff is exceptionally friendly helpful and respectful. The waiters and host check on you often. Very clean and spacious. Food is good and comes quickly. Noise level is perfect. Good music playing. I really enjoy the atmosphere food and service

The staff is phenomenal from the moment you walk into the door you are immediately greeted with smiles and kindness. We were a party of three our waitress name is Gina and she was very professional. We dining with her granddaughter and we ordered breakfast and it was delicious.. Gina did a great job she worked very well with our granddaughter and helped motivate her to want to complete your meal. Perkins to a great job with training their staff and I could think of several other establishments that can use tips from them.
This particular day is here we’re play paper tattoos offered for guest I haven’t had granddaughter really got a kick out of that.

For the most part, the food here was good. The omelet was a bit odd though. It was a tiny omelet that looked like a child’s size burrito and the filling consisted of what I can only describe as micro sized ingredients that were diced into tiny little blocks. I didn’t particularly like the ham so I removed it and it was an undertaking because of the small pieces. Other than that the blueberry pancakes were delicious as well as the hash browns.

Brittany G. was great and very down- to earth as always. She is very considerate, warm and great at serving the guest making everyone feel very welcome. Brittany G. makes you feel like family not everyone can do that. I know because I’ve been serving guest for over 25 years in the hospitalily field. I’ve worked at several hotel brands. I will be back for sure and give that lady a raise. She is a hard working for the company. Those are the type of employee you keep around because they make your guest feel valued. Thanks Brittany G. once again….you made our morning special.
