Came here at about 9pm and they gave me cold food. Everything was cold…my nuggets, fries and my burger. They didn’t make anything fresh. This is low quality service. Ain’t no reason fries shouldn’t be fresh! I would have gladly waited for made to order food. They’re only getting 2 stars because they were open. Management, if you see this…you may want to tighten it up.

My co driver and I stopped here, we are class a drivers and they allowed us to take our order by walking in the drive thru. They were quick and the food was hot and fresh dropped fries. I will be back if our route brings us back that direction. Thank you so much Wendy’s staff, you all did an amazing job.

This place is very disgusting. I order a bacon Nader sandwich meal with a frosty drinking my frosty. There was something crunchy and it came out to be a roach in my frosty. I called corporate call the store many times they keep putting me on hold and hanging up the phone.

Line was long but that’s to be expected since I went at lunch time around 1-10 it moved quickly made it to the speaker gave my name for mobile order was told to pull to 2nd window upon arriving at the window a very nice your lady verified my order & processed to hand me my order after checking my order I asked for a additional sour cream I could hear the older lady who was the manager & I know this from her uniform say “Why it’s 2 in the bag, that’s y I tape the bag closed” I told the young lady to let her know that I heard her & that even if I had to pay I still wanted it & condiments don’t come out her check once I got back to work to see my food there was no chili sauce only a ton of ketchup no napkins I asked to add onions to the chili it looks lik they put 1/2 a onion in it not chopped up jus 6-10 rings of onions & the potato was 1/2 cooked some parts hard

Totally disappointed with Wendy’s breakfast offers!!! Sausage, egg and Swiss croissant was disgusting!! 1 bite and chewed into 3 egg shells, sausage rubbery:wayyy overcooked!! Just nasty overall!! Chicken biscuits look the size of sliders and the biscuits are too thick and doughy!!! Should’ve gone across the street to McDonald’s and gotten breakfast for less and better quality, but thought I’d give Wendy’s a chance!! Never again!!

Thank you Michael Wysolovski! You have incredible customer service and a kind heart. This evening, I was getting a late evening snack after our Good Friday service. I did not feel like cooking and my daughter and nephews were hungry. Unfortunately, my phone died so I was using my car charger to turn it back on as I needed my phone to unlock my card. Even after ordering and waiting in line, my phone was still not on. When I came to the window, I asked an unusual question. I asked Michael if he could help me charge my phone for a few minutes so I could unlock my debit card. He agreed and asked me to pull up and wait. He did just as he said. He charged it. I paid for it and we left feeling grateful. I didn’t want to leave the restaurant with the kids still hungry. Thank you, Michael! Today was indeed a Good Day! God bless you!
